“good choice”
Friendly staff, centrally located, food was good, room was comfortable.
“Can't wait to go back”
Loved it!
“Nice Place to Stay”
This hotel is close enough for people to walk around in Long Beach. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. Ladies, you will love the bathrooms, the mirrors are wonderful for make-up and getting ready, also the lighting is wonderful. My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here, and hopefully we can go back soon.
“cant til next year to stay here again”
Very conviently located for what we were doin. I would recomend this hotel to anyone. The only wrong was having to pay 10$ a day to park there. If we r stayin y would we have 2 pay for parking. But overall very nice hotel and staff
“Worn Furniture and a Hot Tub Full of Screaming Wo Ho! Girls Every Evening”
The staff at this hotel was very helpful and efficient. But, the desk chair was broken and the place had that general feel of money being saved by deferring maintenance and repair. Also, I really don't like being hit up for parking fees when I am a guest in a mid grade hotel/motel like this. Parking for guests should be free. The location in downtown Long Beach was convenient, but it seemed to come along with a very rowdy and noisy night time crowd which was out in the courtyard (around which all of the room are arranged) doing the Wo Hoo! party girl thing until the week hours. Hotel staff did absolutely nothing about this. We don't plan to stay there again.
“Not bad”
Overall, it is fine to stay in this hotel due to location and cleanliness. But one thing I was irritated at was the sound of the air conditioner, or the heater. It was too loud to have confortable sleep.
“Nice stay”
nice place, I just did not like the internet service, so slow.
“Great staff and beautiful lobby!”
I'll go back....very warm, helpful and welcoming staff....Reasonable rates, great location, and Starbucks in the lobby!
“November 3rd”
Hotel has no presence from the street as the entrance is via the portico which is at right angles to the street. Once inside the hotel was clean and elegant. The registration staff was prompt and courteous and pronounced my name correctly. The elevator lobby was bright and directions to the room were easy to find and follow. The room had great pillows and a nice flat screen television. The air conditioner did not make a low of noise. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and reasonably priced.
“Best price in Long Beach”
Good location, nice clean and roomy. Friendly staff, would definitely come back.
