“Ok, not outstanding for a Marriott.”
Big party on first floor our first night. Next day still confetti on floors. Ashley at front desk was wonderful. Friendly and helpful!
“Cool Hotel”
Nice hotel, it was convienient to the residence of the place we were going. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Comfortable, a lot of restaurants around the hotel, walmart....ect
“Great hotel with great service”
The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again.
“Not going back”
I got the impression that a single mom and her small child was so not what this hotel staff wanted checking in but, hey, my money right? The card reader for the elevator was stubborn, required several tries. The ice machines on several floor were down for the entire stay. The first night was cold so I turned on the heat, it froze us out and a call to the front desk was received just as chilly. When maintenance arrived he knew just what to do to turn off the AC and allow the heater to function alone. When I called for maintenance I asked for several blankets because it was so cold, my daughter and I had all our jacket on. Housekeeping was sent with one light blanket. The housekeeper took it upon herself to get us more because it was s so cold. So maintenance & housekeeping staff:outstanding. We ordered room service our last night and I asked for nachos with chili on the side, it came with jalapeños on the side and chili smothered all over the food. Front desk, room service order taker & hotel condition: seriously lacking. Nope, we wont be going back, plenty of hotels to choose from these days. I sure wish I had chosen a different hotel but I was lulled by the brand name.
“Nice oasis”
The hotel was very nice once you get there - it's a little difficult to get to - definately GPS as it's near the interchange of two freeways. Immediate area around the hotel is fine, quiet in the hotel and room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Comfortable and easy access to major freeway”
Needed a hotel between my home town and work location, but not pricey. The Baldwin Park Courtyard by Marriott is that hotel, comfortable, clean, reasonable rates. It's located next to several fast food type places, and very easy access from/to freeway.

A very clean & comfortable hotel. Perhaps more suited to business guests than families. Clean & well mantained pool area. Any problems were dealt with promtly. It is very close to a freeway but the noise did not disturb us. The room service was at any time from 8.00 to 4.00 it seemed but they would always come back if inconvenient. The bar was usually locked up so service was slow while you waited for staff to unlock it at certain times. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable place to stay,

The rooms were very nice and the beds really comfortable. They had a nice heated pool,resturant and Bar.

After a long trip it was nice to be welcomed by a warm care staff. The room was clean and comfortable. the Breakfast buffet was also great.
“close to the crazy horse”
will be back. we went to party it up at the crazy horse in West Covina, Ca. Took a taxi there and back. The kids loved it. The pool and breakfast were great.
