“Horrrible customer service”
Worst customer service experience. Owners were not at all helpful nor welcoming. Not worth the cheap price. Pictures do not show the actual quality of the hotel.
“decent and clean cheap hotel”
For the price -- you cannot go wrong. The staff was very friendly, the pool clean and warm. What few problems we had, the staff fixed promptly. The breakfast was sadly lacking -- cheerios, fruit loops and some mini muffins. I would stay there again.
“Not impressed”
It was very dirty. No pride in there motel or services the maids didn't pick up the towels from the day before. very unhappy about this motel.
“Clean, convenient”
A good place to stay if you have a car and don't plan to be around much. The rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need (except no Bibles for some reason). The area is not that great, but it's convenient to the Long Beach airport, so as long as you have transportation you'll be fine. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
“Colonial Pool, below average”
Room was sparse and semi-clean. (Trash with someone else's food had not been taken out). Toilet paper roll only half full, there were ants on the bathroom floor, and the fridge's cleanliness was questionable.

Very nice ,quiet and modest.
“Better than expected”
For the price I expected more of a dive. It wasn't fancy, but fairly clean and staff very nice. It looked rougher on the outside than it was, and I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

Quit place yet close to the hot spots in town.
