“nice for the price”

clean room, comfortable bed, hotel is next to the freeway but it is also next to a liquor store. nice for the price..

“ok but getting shabby”

On the positive side, the service was ok, and the room was reasonably clean, with one exception. There was mold growing on the bathroom door. Cause of this was probably the malfunctioning fan in the bathroom. The bedspreads were threadbare and there were no fitted bottom sheets, just flat sheets that were too short for the job. Perhaps the hotel can't afford new linens? Call it the Deferred Maintenance Lodge.
