“Good location”

Bout a ten minute walk to walk of fame it was super close it was literarly two lights away. Other hotels were nxt to it n charged so much like 179 n up n they were nxt to each other I liked free wifi :) cafe in the bottom good service comfy.beds!

“Freindly”

Nice and comfortable. Clean and close to everything we needed.

“Bad experience”

The room smelled of chemicals. Received only one washcloth each day. Persons tried to break into room in the middle of the night and we had to call desk for security. Two days we would like to forget.

“One room OK - the other NOT”

Booked two King rooms - one room was perfect but the other had a broken wall heater - hotel staff were quick to respond - did not offer a new room but brought up a space heater which turned out to be noisy - at check out we found that there was a $50 charge on our bill for the space heater - front staff took it off when we told them that we left the heater in the room - also the bathtub did not drain after a short shower - water was still in it the next morning. Other reviews said that it was a short walk to the metro station on Hollywood Blvd which which took you to universal studios in one stop - it was actually a 15 minute walk to the metro - one stop - then a hike across the street to catch a shuttle that then delivered you to universal - after walking around universal all day you then have to take the same hike back - better to take your car and spend the $15.00 on parking. Most Best Westerns have a complimentary continental breakfast - this one does not but the restaurant in the hotel had a $10.99 American breakfast which was very fresh and good.

“A good tourist hotel”

If you're the kind of person who goes on a vacation, and spends your time doing things, this is a great hotel for the money. It's clean, in a safe, convenient location and the staff were polite and helpful. But, it doesn't have a ton of frills. The only complaint is that the parking is pretty cramped, so don't expect to be happy if you pull up in a SUV.

Bed was comfortable, staff very polite and helpful, enjoyed the pool, would stay again if in the area.

Although you wouldn't mistake this for an upscale hotel, it was very clean, in a very convenient location, and we never had a problem with parking. The manager took care of a problem I created by double booking, and did it with a smile. We had attended a wedding where several of the guests stayed at a very upscale place. Several wished they had saved their money by staying here. I would recommend it.

“great location”

This Best Western is definitely not a luxury hotel, however you get your money's worth here. The rates are resonable and the parking is free. The location is within walking distance to all major attractions in Hollywood. The room was clean and moderately quiet. Air conditioner worked well, albeit a little noisy. Shower pressure was great. All in all a good place to stay to get the most bang for your buck. Basically a comortable place to sleep after a busy day or activities in Hollywood.

“Pleasantly Suprised”

I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was clean, quiet and accomadating for the hollywood area. Right down the steet from all the hollywood hot spots. would stay again.
