“Very impressed by the service”

The stay at this hotel was very impressive with the service at the front desk and the housekeepping was very pleasant according to our employee. This stay was very nice. I have booked this hotel for several of our employees. And I get all the same reaction with the service being very pleasant and warming.

“Excellent customer service, beautiful hotel, rough neighborhood”

From the moment we checked-in we were greeted and felt at home thanks to the receptionist (her name is Priti, and she is truly a great asset to Best Western). The room was very clean, as expected, and the entire property was very well maintained. The front staff was also very helpful in finding local attractions and recommending taxi services that would not rip me off. The location is not far from LAX, and had the best prices in the area. My only complaint is the neighborhood in which the hotel is located, is not very good at all. A few miles down the road you can actually visit a Burger King with a bullet proof window at the check out counter! Other than for issues beyond anyone's control, I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend and would check-in again next time I'm on vacation in LA.

“Avoid”

The hotel is expensive compared to what it has to offer.The neighbourhood is not good. The hotel exteriors are not very pleasing and hotel is not very clean. If you have a family with you avoid it at all costs.

I first thought Inglewood....but I was wrong! the hotel was right off the 405. Very convenient. I booked a non smoking with king size bed. The room was clean and pretty large for 2 people. Everything worked fine. A lot of restaurants nearby. Wouldn't recommend walking at night alone. Plenty of parking. Not too noisy for being right by lax. The breakfast was good, offered oj, coffee, other juices, milk, cereal, toast, make it yourself waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, fresh donuts, yogurt, cream cheese. I would stay again for eighty nine bones a night. Don't believe the other nonsense you hear about this place, it's not a 5 star but it's great!

“Does Exactly what it should do.”

The Best Wstern at LAX is a numberof hotels suitable for travellers arriving inLA in the early hours of the morning, before moving on the following day toa more suitable hotel.It isnt suitable for long stays. Although its motel look and its slightly farther out location that than the other LAX hotels, it is nonetheless a good option.It is friendly and quiet with a large comfortable bed. There is cheap soda and snacks in a machine. Breakfast is strictly functional, but nonetheless it is included. However, be warned, you will have to call the shuttle bus, it wontcome automatically and if you dont have the hotel number you may well have to taxi it. I couldnt find the hotel number at the airport.

The place is not bad, but not that good either. I found MUCH better for the same price. The location is just OVER a freeway exit, and some rooms are facing it. Pool is not very inviting, I would recommend it only if you need to find a place to sleep and leave in the morning. Free parking is good, but don't think you can load up for the day with breakfast.
