“Clean, Clean, Clean”

Very clean, best value in the Van Nuys area. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very quiet. Next time we are going to be in the Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys area we'll stay here again. The fly away bus service will get you from LAX to two blocks away from this hotel for $3. The ride is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

“I'll stay again for sure”

I loved the service and the staff helped me when I needed the location was good for where I was visiting the airport was not bad as far as noise as I thought it would be. The resturant sucked a little but there was a cute coffee shop that was cool.

“Very Nice Hotel but don't trust the menu prices”

Very nice hotel- Only thing I didn't like was that the room service charges more than what is published on their menu and they won't correct the charges. They say the menu is old. (Why not put new menu's in the room?) Seems dishonest to me- it is only a few dollars but I don't think that is right. The room is very clean and it is otherwise a really nice hotel.

“Excellent!”

Everything in my room was great! On the first day while checking in, there was a little difficulty getting through the 1st floor hall due to a filming crew, but that wasn't a big deal. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

“Very Nice Hotel”

The hotel was very nice and we would recommend this hotel to others. I know a lot of hotels are charging for parking which I do not agree with so that is the only downside to the hotel at $9.00 per day for parking.

“Lovely hotel”

A lovely hotel with lots of executive facilities and meetings rooms as you would expect from a Cenference Center. The Flyaway Bus to LAX from Van Nuys airport next door makes it the perfect location for any executive or visitor wanting quick access to LAX. Only problem I had (which I seem to have at most hotels offering free wifi internet access)is that the signal was often very weak or poor. Luckily though, they also offer high speed access through an Ethernet cable. No free breakfast unfortunately - be warned that there's tax, an 18% gratuity and also an extra $2 charge if you order food via room service!

“Parking”

It seems strange to me that people that can afford private jets can park on the tarmac behind the hotel for free, but common folks have to pay $9.00 per day to park their cars. I guess it pays to be rich.

“Would Definitely Stay Again”

I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I thought I might just stay under the comfortable down covers to never return. The hotel is accessible to many attractions and downtown. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Best of all the price was right for all of this.
