“Clean & comfortable”

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside & is right next door to a liquor store, but it was really clean, comfortable & even quiet! We felt like we were the only people at the hotel & had a huge breakfast in the morning & no one else in the lobby. We would definitely come again!

“Good customer service”

Our first impression was positive, but when we went to relax in the jacuzzi, we found the unit to be out of service with cold, brown water. The staff said the jacuzzi would be "fixed tomorrow." We spent three days at the hotel, and the jacuzzi was never fixed. Be sides that, we had great customer service and a nice clean room. The breakfast consisted of toast, cold cereal, oatmeal, Sunny Delight, and some hot eggs, browns, and sausage that needed to be restocked more often than they were.

“Good value for money”

We stayed 2 nights which included a good complimentary breakfast. There was free use of their computer in the reception area and the management were very courteous and helpful, responding promptly to our queries. Parking spaces were adequate. Good facilities were available in each bedroom including free bottles of spring water, also including a 40" TV with a useful selection of channels. Good restaurants are situated within 600 yards of this hotel.

“customer service is bad”

They assigned a room to one of our employees way back closer to the alley and when she complained, she got a room with a broken door frame. She was very unhappy.

We were new to the area and found the hotel to be very pleasant. Easy to get to, rooms were nice, staff was freindly and helpful, hotel is well located for getting around the area. Good value. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. Earl

Clean, Quiet, and inexpensive

The room was clean and comfortable. The Front desk staff was professional and helpful, There were several resturants within walking distance, and the neighborhood, while nothing special, was pleasant to walk around.

“Smaller but CLEAN and VERY NICE STAFF !!!!! The employees are always working !!!!”

The hotel was alot smaller than we expected, we almost passed it up !! Plus, the sign wasn't lit up !!! But,it is a nice clean hotel with excellant employees. They met all our needs. The room was nice and it was clean. It was alittle dark because we we underneath the cement covering. It was alittle loud the first night , I think because the cement covering made the noise echo. I would stay again, I would stay upstairs on the second floor.Like I said, the employees were excellant. Very nice and very polite, and provided us with all our needs. Always greeting us with a smile when we came in the office. We had car trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful. Infact, a guy a(houseguest) helped us, and he said that he stays at this hotel every week and they are always that nice and helpful!!. So, yes, it was small.. but it was clean and very nice !!!!! YES We would stay again !!!! Sometimes smaller is nicer and less crowded. Alot of people were enjoying the pool as well. The breakfast was included, it was good and there was enough to fill us up. The Best Western sign was never lit up !! I told one of the staff members, because we were expecting company. I wanted them to find the hotel. They did find it and thought that the rooms were nice !!
