i checked in about 7:00 pm. i went to the dirtiest smelliest room i have ever stayed it. only 1 light worked in the room, the refrigerator was filthy on the the outside and the inside smelled, the tv wouldn't work no wifi . no bath towels only hand towels, the bathtub had mold and no ice bucket.

The kids liked the pool 2 of our three rooms were nice made reservations a month ahead didn't even have us wrote down didn't get the rooms together .people living in rooms tvs weren't connected staff didn't know anything on site it says breakfast no breakfast the pool had a out of order sign but 17 people were in pool it does look like their trying to make improvements

Don't know about the Super 8 in Longview because they called when were almost there and told me they had no vacancies. Reported to Hotels com but still don't know if I'll get a refund or not

Room was a non smoking that recked of smoke. Furniture was so old and filthy, broken fixtures burn hole in bed spread. Unbelievable how bad this was!

There was like homeless people all gathered around the front door. Made me feel unsafe. Internet was down so they gave me a room that was already occupied. I left and got a room somewhere else. I asked for a refund.

Was not at all worth what we paid for the stay. Lobby still closed and I stood in a small hot area off lobby for ten minutes while they completed my booking Light over the sink in bathroom took forever to come on. Regardless of what channel you watched it cut off every couple of minutes. Very dated and meager bedding n showers. And to top it off, wasn’t quiet or comfortable at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Nasty and dirty beds with rude staff
There was a side door check in and we couldn’t even go to the front desk. The guy that checked us in was really rude. He said is smoking room ok and I told him no. Then he went back with a different room number and kept telling me n a rude tone there is no smoking n the room none at all. Once we went to the room we just got a wired vibe like it wasn’t safe. The beds were really dirty with stains all over. I undid the bed to check for bedbugs before I let my kids sit down. We didn’t like the room and wanted to leave, so I called all the hotels in the area and finally found a room. We took our things and left. When we went to the front to let the guy know it was really busy and 4 families trying to check in and we had to wait over 30 mins to get to the front. We finally got to the front and let the girl know and showed her the pictures of the nasty beds. She called her uncle and told him and he supposedly went to our room and looked at it and said nothing was wrong but we just wanted it for a “quick stay”. So he was calling me a hooker ina round about way! I told him I wanted my money back and we wasn’t staying and I told him I was going to write a bad review! He yelled at me to go just get out of there!

The room had carpet and would prefer a wood floor I feel a hotel feels fresher without carpets these days. It is better for allergies and cleanliness.

Cold weather issues
The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The room on the other hand was not so great. The lights were all unplugged or didnt have a light bulb. The bathroom door did not close. The door key did not open the door. The staff blamed it on the cold weather, but the room next door opened easily. I had to call the front office to let us in each time we went out. I will not be booking this hotel again.

My stay here was horrible. It was basically a rundown crackhead motel ran by some very inconsiderate owners! The only thing good about this hotel is it’s right next door to a bar b que spot. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend it. There was this weird loud woman who lived there that would walk all night long cursing at any and everyone just cause. The room is outdated and has a very dark feeling about it. Unless it’s an emergency I wouldn’t stay here, and truckers will pretty much stay anywhere.

Not at all like in photos everything is breaking or falling apart it’s dusty rooms are not cleaned right bathroom shower and tub were super disgusting. Everything is not at all like in pictures I’m surprised the place is still standing

Good location for meals and highway access and the desk clerk/owner was friendly. Room was bit old and grubby but I requested a smoking room, which is hard to find these days and I figured they probably use the worst room in the hotel for smokers, so it didn't bother me. toilet did not work, air conditioner was loud.I found no bugs, which was a plus. Only had one working ice machine, and it didn't put out much ice. All this being said, the price was very low and it was a place to sleep for a few hours. I've stayed in far worse, and so I was not unhappy with my overnight stay but anyone with higher standards probably not enjoy this hotel much.

Air in the room didnt work. Manager told us to just run the fan and we would be fine. Room was very hot all night. Manager wrote my card info on a seperate piece of paper and said it was because my card wouldnt process. Wasnt offered a room with a/c. Wont be back ever again.

Horrible hotel. Very sketchy & they clearly have it posted no refund 10 min after check in. The sink was falling off the wall & they had no fitted sheets on the beds. The room was very tiny as well.

I didn't like anything. When checking in the desk clerk didn't speak good english, made a racist remark to me. Refund wasn't available. She then accused me of stealing the hotel blanket when I did not. She has been harassing me since I checked out & trying to charge my card random amounts such as $25 or $10. I am furious. I would never stay here again.
