Did not like the round balls they called pillows. never seen those before . 2 of them propped up were great for watching tv but terrible for sleeping. no safety bar in the slippery tub/shower. Good breakfasts and staff. I would go back with our own pillows .

We came to the hotel after being in the cold for hours, and a very disappointing day. The hotel was such a wonderful retreat after going through that. We both had a wonderful and warm, nice shower. The shower was wonderful. It was like a total massage for my back. After our nice showers, the hotel has a wonderful bar and grill. We both ate a wonderful steak, had great appetizers, i had a beautiful salad. My husband also loved his meal. After our dinner we relaxed with a couple of drinks and then we went up to our room and relaxed in a warm bed and fell to sleep. Breakfast on Sunday was good. We could not have gone anywhere any better after the horrible and horribly cold day. Thank you so much.

Our TV did not work and the front desk staff knew this before we arrived. They did nothing to fix it. Our door looked like it had been opened with a crow bar.

Quick night's sleep
Angel at front desk was very welcoming even though it was late. The room was nice. We ran ac in room even though cold outside and it worked well. The room was very nice. Beds slept well.

our TV remote hardly worked at all. The Channel up and down did not work and the Volume buttons works about 15 seconds. The AC/heat was another thing. It was either blowing heat or it was freezing cold. Could not get the room to the ideal temperature..

Quick easy check in. Good, hot breakfast. While checking in they asked why we were in town, told them for a funeral, they voluntarily gave us a bereavement rate. Good stay.

The hotel overall is very nice. The location is difficult to get to. You can see the Hotel from the road but the road/driveway to turn onto to access it is not very well marked. Especially at night!!! The parking lot set up is kind of goofy also. Our room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that I was woke up in the middle of the night by a sound at our door. When I got up to check the door I noticed that the door lock did not work. When the door was in the locked position and closed you could still open the door from the hallway simply by pushing on the door. We had to rely on the chain lock for the remainder of the night, but this really ticked me off. There is absolutely no excuse for this!
