"This is a comfortable hotel right on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Nothing fancy, but very clean and in good condition. We’ve stayed here before and undoubtedly will again. Our only objection is that management is really rigid about checkout and access to parking. Not a big deal off season, but a little more flexibility in the summer might be nice."

"We had a fabulous time! We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was perfect. The sitting area was of a good size. I could watch TV without disturbing my husband. The kitchen was like new. It had full size appliances and was stocked with any cooking essential I might need including dishes and a variety of glasses. There was a lot of counter space to prep a meal or snack.The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows including two more in the closet with crisp clean sheets for the sofa. We had an ocean front balcony with a large round table and 4 good chairs. It was a real pleasure to stay here. We were able to walk to some really good restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious !!"

"It was good other than they closed and I had left behind the pillows for my shoulder from surgery and when I called them was told the hotel closed after checked out and would not reopen till Thursday."

"Great place, nice ocean view. Only flaw is if you can smell smoke seeping from someone smoking from the balcony beside you. It seeps in from the cracks of the sliding door."
