The girl at check in was so sweet. Their system was down and she had quite a few guests waiting but was very apologetic and actually got us checked in pretty quickly despite not having her computer up and running. Very nice, professional, polite and friendly person to be at the front desk!

Great stay and beautiful. Room made some strange noises (heating system) which was a bit distracting when sleeping but could have been just our room. Also could add blackout curtains so the sun doesn’t shine through blinds.

The Inn is beautiful, as is the room. That said, it is lacking some complimentary amenities. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. There is a real gym -- which is great -- but it costs $10/day per person. Pool but no hot tub. So while it is beautiful, and we are glad to be here, I did not give it 5 stars.

Basically it’s just a room to stay in, microfiber sheets were terrible, static from them all night long. Fresh coffee urn would have increased this customer’s satisfaction standards. Going back to major hotel brands no difference in price.

They didn’t say about the pool been closed, they didn’t have breakfast; I didn’t want to ask about anything else, because maybe they didn’t have availability. The bathroom tub leaks, you couldn’t take a bath either just a shower. The place is clean and cozy, the room I was expected to be more nicer, like they show in the internet, it was simpler!!

Desmond’s restaurant is great. Linda especially is friendly and attentive. She worked so hard we tried to slow her down. The hotel staff were efficient and cordial. The only things we missed was a mini fridge in the room and commercial TV. Not much of a complaint really. Overall a very pleasant and first class hotel. This is our third stay.

The Inn and Spa at East Wind was was clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and the parking lot was well lite. The one bed inparticular was very comfortable and the room was quiet making for a good night's rest.

I loved how calm and quiet the property was as compared to usual hotels which are crowded and noisy. The pool was lovely! All the staff members were extremely kind and personable. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Great hotel ! Fun ! Clean ! The rooms were very quiet. We didn’t hear any partying from a wedding that was going on so it didn’t keep us awake. Beautiful hotel! Great food ! Nice / welcoming staff. Great location to little shops. I wish there was breakfast, but no. Lunch and Dinner were great !

The room was surprisingly larger than I expected so that was appreciated. Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. What I didn't like was that they charge $10 if you want a mini fridge in room & also charge for toothpaste & toothbrush if you've forgotten them. They were quite skimpy on amenities both in room as well as the spa. They should have provided at least 2 free bottles of water in the room.The spa had a water cooler but no spa water with lemon, cucumber or fruit like most spas have. Spa was lacking the personal touches. Relaxation room had no pillows or blankets & just one small zen water fountain on the wall in a room that really could have had more visual effects. It had a sterile feel to it. Spa treatments made up for these short comings. My body sea salt scrub was excellent!
