Fantastic Front desk

It is virtually impossible to locate a reasonably priced hotel in this area is a myth. This property is about the best in all areas around. The room was clean and quiet. Matt at the front desk was a life saver and should be commended on the quality of customer care delivered. I will most certainly stay here in the immediate future.

The hotel staff was friendly, nice, accommodating and pleasant. The hotel canceled my reservation while I was driving to the hotel, they wound up letting me check into a room with a king size bed and handicap accessible. The bathroom had mold, not enough toilet paper, the carpet was dirty and there was stains on the furniture with dust. The staff was wonderful but the hotel I found a little disgusting. I would not stay here again.

Pros: Room and staff
Cons: Changing of carpets on the passage, more regularly.
Location: Good.
I enjoyed my stay as I was able to access all the places I intended easily. There was a bus to convey guests to either airport or train station, on request. The staff were readily available to assist, irrespective of the time. The location of the hotel is good. I was able to meet all my engagements in good time. The followings are nearby - gas station, shopping stores, restaurant, worship centre ( for me a catholic, I believe there are others), airport and train station. I learnt that there was a beach around but did not factor that in my itinerary. The rooms were really good. However, I could not easily get Nigerian foods and some of the carpets on the passage need to be changed more regularly due to high traffic. On the overall, I give the hotel 75 percent.

Room not clean. Tub barely drains, rust spot in tub.. Only one drinking glass. Receptacles need to be replaced would not hold anything plugged in.

Absolutely one of the worst!

Pros: Very little except the help who fixed the TV and bought in a refrigerator.
Cons: The service of cleanliness MUST be improved!
Location: There were a couple good pizza places and shopping but we had no time to go shopping.
Literally was very disappointed and I rarely rate anything! The room we were scheduled for was not done by housekeeping and this was several hours after we were suppose to check in. Then, it was around 10PM and we noticed how dirty the sheets were, plus the pillow cases! If that was not bad enough, we were next to a person who snored like a Boing 747! Yes, it was horrible and this was going on 2:30AM. I went down to complain and fortunately we were given a suite away from the snoring maniac! It was some consolation but we needed to be awake by 5:00AM to take a NY State Test... The good news was the girl at night who gave us the suite, also gave a couple free breakfasts coupons but the food sucked! Thankfully, my girlfriend passed the test, though she had only 2 hours sleep.. I will never stay in a Ramada again!!!

trashy place with terrible service

Pros: not much.
Cons: train the staff to behave courteously and treat customers with dignity and respect. make sure the rooms are not being abused for illegal purposes
Location: i was on a business trip.
trashy, stinky with litter around. inconsiderate, disrespectful staff, clearly not educated in hospitality. noisy room, i could hear people sneezing/talking in other rooms and corridors. non smoking rooms smell smoke. It may have an upscale name, but it felt like I was in a cheap roadside motel. not going there again.

Dirty rugs, mold on ceiling, double bed not king,

No sign and GPS led you to wrong coordinates. Rug was all stained. Bathroom ceiling had mold. Towels like sand paper
