“squeeky clean and comfortable”

almost new hotel, great location,rooms clean and beautiful with a super friendly staff. No reason to stay any other place.

“"...but it's RIGHT THERE!"”

Must say -- truly enjoyed this hotel -- my "ADVENTURE", however, was having to wrap my mind (being a tourist on the east coast) of having to drive 2 miles to the right and make a U-Turn to get across the street to the Outlet Center. I kept finding myself saying "...BUT IT'S RIGHT THERE!!!" lol As for the service, the staff, and the cleanliness, they all exceeded my expectations -- I LOOK FOR things that could be better/cleaner/etc and had a hard time finding anything at all. As for "noise" (oh... PLEASE!) the room doors are heavy, but once everyone is either in or out, there aren't any OBVIOUS noise issues unless you've got some SERIOUSLY LOUD neighbors. We had no complaints, and have every intention of returning. My only disappointment was that the suite was so comfortable I never bothered to go downstairs to use the pool.... something for next time :) THAT... and... the complimentary homemade cookies at the front desk were quite enjoyable on the way to the elevator as well :) I'm ready to go back. NOW.

Area recommendations
Pay your respects to our Nation's Military at Calverton National Cemetary down the road, then come back, go to Applebees up the block and shop at the outlet center across the street :) WHAT'S not to love??

“Relaxing Getaway”

I just wanted to get away for a few days and stayed here. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered cookies and amazing warm apple cider nightly in the lobby! There is also a new, full service spa that opened in the hotel, offering massages, haircuts, mani/pedis, I didn't try it, but I plan on going back soon! My only recommendation would be breakfast room service since room service is only available 5pm to 9pm. I highly recommened staying here! :)

“Perfect Stay”

This appears to have be a relatively new hotel. It's located right across the street from the Outlet mall, and right off the main highway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided me with everything I needed for my stay. If going back to this area, I would stay there again.

“great base for eastern LI fun”

This hotel is conveniently located in Riverhead, meaning easy access to either the Hamptons or North Fork, depending on what you're into. The room itself was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. They have a cute little dining area (which we didn't use as we were there for a wedding), but there were a good number of folks eating there. My one minor gripe is that our room was not ready when we arrived despite the fact that we arrived just after check-in time. It felt as though they were a bit overwhelmed due to the fact that they were completely booked.

“A nice stay at Riverhead”

We had a king sized bed and a whirlpool bath. A relaxing stay at Riverhead! The only change I would make would be a free breakfast buffet. We didn't think the breakfast was worth the extra money.

“Excellent stay”

Extremely comfortable - great location for North and South Forks, Long Island, and the Tanger Outlet Center. Breakfast was excellent, as was the room and the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

“affordable, great hotel in the hampton area”

My husband works in Southampton and I go to visit. Tired of staying in B&Bs that were overpriced and had unreliable amenities, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Approx. 20-25 minutes from Southampton so you could adjust your location around that distance. But wonderful hotel that did everything possible to accomodate you! Obviously its a hitlon but the one thing that would have made it a 5 would have been to have free breakfast--not something super elaborate, but just the normal continental breakfast. However, very satisfied and have already booked the hotel for my repeat visits.

Area recommendations
The outlet center is right across the highway and there are several strip malls including wal-mart, best buy, etc. just down the street.

“Ed's review”

This was a fairly new and very clean hotel with construction going on next door. The pool was quite small and overcrowded with young families so not appropriate for a business stay. However, it was school vacation so its probably not as crowded on normal business nights but its not a pool to swim laps in. It is directly across from a shopping mall so if youre looking for something to do weekends, it would be a good place to stay. It wasn't all that convenient to the hamptons as it is still quite a drive so if youre looking for a place to stay to go to the beach, there are probably better options.
