Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was filthy, unsafe, dangerous. The plugs in the room were broken. The toilet was loose and worked sporadically. The lighting was dark, the paint was dingy and looked like it hadn't been painted since the 60's. It was chipped all over with dead bugs splattered all over the walls.
There were huge dents in the doors and walls. There was no phone in the wall. The smell was horrible from years of smokers in the room, probably. There were no bedspreads, only sheets. The artwork, if you can call it that, on the wall were filthy and crooked. The curtains on the window were filthy as well. There were dead bugs in the bed(luckily not bedbugs, just bugs). The locks on the door were loose and easily able to be broken into. There were people outside on the steps and on the sidewalks 24 hours a day smoking both cigarettes and pot. There were people cursing and barely dressed. The vending machines were broken. There was vomit outside of the room on the sidewalk leading to the room. Being there for a wedding, we just didn't have the time to change hotels, and there weren't other choices anyway. This place should be condemned. Having stayed in Best Western hotels in the past, this was a big shock to see one in this condition. What a disgrace to their chain. We now can see why the wedding venue refused to recommend this hotel(actual motel) as an option.
