We upgraded twice and really found the deluxe room with a king size bed to be ideal, esp. when we had an unexpected visitor. There were complicating factors around this visitor coming and Miljan went way above and beyond to work things out to allow this to go as smoothly and affordably as possible. We are very thankful to him and Westbury for being so flexible with us based on some unique circumstances where the only decent option was Mayfair being fairly flexible despite the inconveniences my request represented. Thank you, Miljan and other Mayfair staff and management.

“Great Hotel in heart of Mayfair”

The hotel was great. The remodeling is complete and the hotel looks wonderful. The staff is very helpful, especially during the Underground strike on 12/31/05. The rooms were a bit tight, per American standards, but clean and with good amenities. Breakfast is a full English breakfast, which was included with our stay. The location is great, close to Oxford and Piccadily underground stations and the wonderful area of Mayfair. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay: 12/25/05 to 01/01/06

“The best location for a short stay in London”

In addition to the excellent condition of the hotel, one can count with a very kind and attentive staff, a nice and live bar and a great restaurant. The location is quite good, close to the best shopping area in London and also very good restaurant, walking distance from the hotel. Although a bit expensive but a good choice with eventual savings having a good location.
