So first of all is a self check in , while the guy was seating there and looking at mi dealing with the self check in. Is not really safe out. The room are very very very small and not fun to be at . Yea the price is very low , but doesn’t worth it .

Really convenient as very close to the train station. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the guy who checked us in. Room was small but suitable for a short stay. Would stay again.

Staff lovely, hotel disabled friendly one of the few hotels ever stayed at where they have done a fire evacuation check on my daughter in a wheelchair Only thing was even though third floor traffic noisey need triple glazing Lovely breakfast

We are aware that some nights the center of London can be busy and noisy. As a hotel situated in a prime location close to Westminster and the London Eye, we cannot help the street traffic and underground station noise. The air-conditioning didn't work and the hotel was not able to fix. Basement room was incredibly hot and I couldn't sleep.

Functional and comfortable room
My room was small but comfortable. The bed was soft and the pillows and comforter were very cozy. I was chilled from the rain and was able to turn up the heat for a bit to warm up. The location works great for bus and Underground services.

Great location. Lacking otherwise. My room on the 3rd floor was badly insulated from noise, both from guests in rooms above and next door; and also from underground trains which audibly rattled by by every few minutes. The room was small (as advertised, so no surprises) and well appointed.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Was able to take the Paddington station to our destinations which was walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are very,very small. It is budget friendly so you pay for what you get. If it was slightly bigger, it would have been easy to move around, put our luggage nicely etc. .. with two people is was quite difficult.

The room was extremely small and in the basement, more like a prison cell. It was right next to the TUBE track, so every 3 mins. the subway train came by and the noise was terribly loud. There was literally no maid service, we needed to remind the front desk to have a resupply of clean towels every day. I would not recommend staying there, especially with the rate they charged.

Our visit was very positive! The rooms were SMALL, but manageable. Breakfast was fresh and had an assortment of options (nothing hot) but worked. The location was great - central to all transportation, with shopping and food options close. Definitely would stay there again!

The staff is really friendly and helpful, Paddington area is not the most beautiful area but it was ok for sleeping. The hotel is nice and small but our room wasn’t as cleaned as I would like a lot of hairs everywhere.

Air condition problem
Every things is great, but the air condition was out of order and cannot be fixed at night time. Staffs are good to response but no electric fan can be provided. Bad sleep with poor air circulation

The hotel was the perfect size, on site breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a hair dryer in the bathroom and hand towel and face cloths.
