“Nice until you want to go to sleep”

The apartment was in good condition and pleasant. However, when going to sleep the inability to shut out the lights from outside and the noises from within and outside the apartment led to a very disturbed nights sleep

“The worst servie ever”

While the hotel has nice rooms and a very good location at a great price, the hotel staff are very unhelpful. I stayed for 5 days and my trash cans were not cleaned during my entire stay. The receptionists (all shifts) are very unprofessional and it took them 1 hour to charge my credit card. I sent them earlier a credit card authorization form which they lost and who knows got my credit card details..Since my company was paying I requested to get an invoice for my accommodation upon check in but they could not issue one util I checked out becaue they did not know how... The receptionists speak very bad English and do not fully understand what you say. I would not recommend this accommodation because its bad service spolis everything.

“Think Apartments Tower Bridge, Urban Feel!”

Think bestaat uit een grote hoeveelheid apartementen, allemaal verschillend in grootte en in verschillende complexen. Hoewel het concept en de uitstraling van de apartementen gelijk is (voor zover ik dit kan vergelijken) is ieder apartement net wat anders, zelfs binnen één en hetzelfde complex. Wij verbleven op Tower Bridge Road, in het nieuwe gedeelte van het gebouw. We konden kiezen uit dit apartement en een apartement in het sfeervolle oude gebouw (oude pakhuisjes) en kozen deze vanwege het uitzicht. Welliswaar op het treinspoor (als je licht slaapt wordt je hier wellicht van wakker) maar ook op de Tower Bridge. Dit alles droeg bij aan de Urban Feel die je mag verwachten van de stad London en de wijk waar het apartement ligt. Recent opgeknapte buurt (up and coming) op loopafstand van Butlers warf en towerbridge. LET OP: boekingen voor dit hotel via Expedia laten niet de belasting zien die er nog bij komt!! Dus nog 20% bijtellen.
