“Fabulous hotel in my favourite part of town”

I love Clerkenwell: the pubs, the restaurants, the eclectic architecture. Trouble is, there's almost nowhere to stay if you want to make a night of it. Except the Zetter, which is (almost) perfect in every way. My room was immaculately furnished, with a great view across the East End from the private balcony. The bathroom was equipped with everything I could possibly need, the bed large and comfortable. Getting to and from is easy too: it's just a few minutes walk from Farringdon Station/Tube and the 55 bus stops right outside. My only quibble: why no milk for my pre-breakfast tea :( ? But I would definitely stay here again (and bring my own milk).

“Great Location!”

I really liked the area this hotel was in. It's also close by to several underground lines. The hotel is smart, clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends. HOWEVER - The rooms are small..I had an issue with the in room internet not working and when I called front desk they said a maintenance guy would come up but he never showed.. Also, one night the fire alarm was going off and there was no water, which I was told was because of the fire alarm. A little inconvenient. Also, it was hard to regulate the room temperature to a comfortable setting.. And the coffee machine out of service and being cleaned the one time I went to use it..
