“Beauty and Comfort”

What a wonderful way to end our 40 year Aniversery Celebration was at your hotel. Upon entering our beautiful room we found a bottle of wine and chocolates. The staff was very helpful directing us to Kensington Palace. Room service was excellent and very helpful also. I'd stay here again.

“Very impressed”

I had heard that the hotels in London were overpriced with small rooms. I was prepared for a mediocre hotel and was very pleasantly surprised with the ParkCity. The room was wonderful. It was spacious and the bed was big and VERY comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the neighbourhood is beautiful. The tube is nearby which made sightseeing all over London very simple. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were very impressed.

“Excellent London hotel”

We received excellent service from the moment of early check in at noon through to booking the great value transport to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable and although a little bit away from the key attractions of London was still close to tube stations. This hotel is excellent value for the rates charged and is whole heartedly recommended.

“Probably the best-value small hotel in West london”

I have used this hotel on several occasions and still rate it the best small hotel in the area. Good size and very comfortable rooms, hi-speed Internet for less than other hotels charge, very helpful staff, extremely clean and well maintained throughout. Have never eaten at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. The room rates have increased during 2008 to market level and were a real bargain before. Thoroughly recommended by a frequent traveler to London.

“It's a great place to stay”

The room may be small, but it's extremely clean and lived up to the expectations we had when reading previous reviews. The location is good.

“one of london's best”

While a bit off the beaten path (10 minutes from Earl Court tube with luggage) the service was excellent and the rooms were quiet. Importantly, the front desk was very accomodating; I had just arrived on an overnight flight and was dissapointed that no room was ready until possibly 3 pm. However, the staff saw this and got one ready. The breakfast room was quite pleasant, with a sunny deck to look at.

“Luxurious rooms!”

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with every request and question we had. The room and bathroom were absolutely HUGE even for American standards. It was so nice to have a big marble vanity to put all our toiletries on. Even the closet was HUGE. The inside was very modern, but the outside was classic Old London architecture in a quiet residential neighborhood where we felt very safe walking. We got cereal and milk at the grocery store behind the hotel and had breakfast in our room. We highly recommend the London Travel Card - it saved us a bundle and lots of hassle at the tube and train stations, and bus stops -it covers all three. You can order it with credit card before you leave home. The short walk to two tube stations from the hotel is a very pleasant walk with restaurants and shops along the way.

“Great Hotel in Kensington”

I have stayed at this hotel for three times now in the last six months and I am very satisfied with everything all of the times. Great service, superb restaurant for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Before coming here now for the last time I stayed at another hotel in the same area, since the Parkcity was fully-booked for one night, and even though this other hotel was both more expensive and "higher rated", the Parkcity is so much better. Everyone is very service-minded, especially the people working in the restaurant. The location is a bit from the city centre, out in Kesnington, but still easy to take the tube there, and only five minutes walk to Kensington High Street.
