the hotel was ideally located and was a very pleasant stay. the staff we encountered were friendly and they could not do enough fo us during our stay. I only wish we had stayed for more than one night.

Finally a decent London Hotel!

Having stayed at many London hotels in the £200-400 per night price bracket I was not expecting much but was absolutely amazed at the standard of the Landmark Hotel London as it is one of the best hotels I have stayed and I had the most basic room!! Brilliant Hotel!

Excellent hotel for families

Pros: Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful, the food was great, the children loved the swimming pool, the room was perfect.
Cons: Struggling to think of anything! Maybe the curtains could be easier to open to let in more light.
Location: Easy access to the West End and on the A40 so easy to get to from the west of London.
We stayed with our two children aged 8 and 10 in an Executive Family Room and it was superb. After arriving very frazzled from the Friday rush hour traffic, the porter parked our car for us and we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who chatted to our children. The room was huge and the beds were very comfy.

Cortesissimo il personale alla reception , al winter garden e nelle stanze. Di grande impatto il cortile interno col Giardino d'inverno. Camera pulitissima e silenziosa. Location eccellente per le nostre esigenze, e senza affollamento turistico eccessivo. Eccezionale il champagne brunch domenicale, esperienza gastronomica da favola, all'altezza del costo piuttosto elevato. Giudizio assolutamente positivo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Had high expectations but unfortunately let down by minor details - couldn't connect to the wifi easily, couldn't find the hair dryer in the room. Main issue were the noisy neighbours - children in a adjoining room making considerable noise at 6.20 am. Mentioned it on check out but the receptionist had clearly been told to ask if my stay was good but had no idea how to handle actual feedback. Next time a bland "it was fine" is all i would bother with. So left disappointed. Lots of hotels in London in this price range, this one did not stand out.

Best hotel in London

Stayed for a one night special occasion. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at in Central London. Enjoyed the spa and had bookings at some of the great local eateries (recommend breakfast at Providores, lunch at the Chiltern Firehouse). Staff very attentive and quick to look at issues. Good value.

More a 4 star at best

When arriving at the hotel we were informed that the car park was full yet it was 11:30am, the service In 222 resraunt was painfully slow and we had to ask to order drinks and food we were also serverd by different Team members every time not what I would expect from a five star hotel resraunte. Room sitcom very noise but had to be on as the room was quite hot in in February and we found hair on the slippers.
