Great location near centre of London

Pros: Prescence. Attentive staff. Great shower. Very quiet at night
Cons: Filter coffee maker in the room. Free WiFi. It was a bit warm and dry at night.
Location: Nearby tube provides great gateway to London. Also walked to Regents Park.
Stayed one night in a family room after catching West End show. Was easy to get to to the West End.

A great place to stay - now a favourite of ours.

I booked a room here for my husband and I for his birthday. I had previously stayed here as part of my hen night so knew the hotel is lovely and if anything, the hotel has got even better. We had dinner in the winter garden - their 'opera night' - a 5 course meal and champagne interspersed with live opera singers - which was fantastic. The staff were really attentive but unobtrusive, the food divine and the room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the following day was also worth it. I can't wait to go back.

Nice hotel, but way overpriced. Pretty basic room and didn't include anything - no coffee, tea or even bottles of water in the room. Expect to pay extra for internet, breakfast and even to use the fitness facilities. Location was okay, close to several underground stations.

Big hotel but dated and shabby

Only worthwhile if you need a large room. Decor was super dated. Every little thing was charged extra, including water. Not worth the cost at all.

Cons: TV control quiet difficult. Bar very expensive.
Location: Next door to rail station. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Very good but Wintergarden restaurant not up to Michelin two rosette rating. Food good but not brilliant.

Fabulous hotel -what a find!!

Posted 11-Aug-2014
Pros: Everything.. The mirror bar downstairs was great, doesn't look child friendly but exact opposite, making the children feel very welcome brilliant x
Cons: Free wi fi
Location: Right next door to Baker Street, and hyde park.
We only stayed 1night but was just gorgeous, everyone extremely friendly, the room was huge and luxurious, hotel inside beautiful, what's not to like. My daughter gave a thank you note to the staff thanking them for our gorgeous stay, only to receive a personal letter back and a little gift, was a really lovely gesture and much appreciated by my little girl who felt like a princess..will definitely be back!

Right opposite to Marylebone railway station

We really liked this hotel, it is old fashioned and really nice. Everything was good, no particular complains, just that 2 of the rooms we stayed at had windows that could not be opened, to the security reasons or something. This really bothered my husband as he wanted a fresh air. The girl at the reception told us that all rooms with openable windows are taken, thus we could not move to a new room. Other than that everything was great, will recommend this hotel to my friends.
