Nice hotel, very close to tube station

We only spent one night in this hotel however we enjoyed it very much. Reason we chose it was modern bathroom amongst other hotels we looked at in the area. Only downside was noise we heard in the morning. Door were being slammed and we could hear another room being cleaned and hoover going off at 9 am, which I think is far too early. We have informed the reception so hopefully this will not happen again. Overall very nice hotel and we would defiantly stay there again.

Downtown London Experience

Posted 18-Apr-2015
Pros: The location was what I liked most. It was quiet, comfortable, clean. It was also classy, lots of interesting people.
Cons: The furnishings were dated, should probably renovate.
Location: Being able to walk through Kensington and Hyde park within a block from the hotel was great. Easy to get anywhere from this hotel.
The hotel is in Kensington High St. area, which is close to bus stops, subway stations and the Kensington palace and park. It is an expensive area of London, but safe and clean. There is a Tescos grocery store and a McDonalds close to the hotel, as well as good restaurants and coffee shops. It was expensive, the wifi wasn't great and the rooms are small, as well as a little dated. The staff were excellent, helpful with advice and friendly. The food in the hotel was good, reasonably priced for the area. Staying in an upper class area of London was a good experience.

Bra läge, nära tunnelbana. Fin loby och första intrycket av hotellet var lovande men rummet var en besvikelse i jämförelse med bilderna de visade på hemsidan.

Great location

Posted 05-Apr-2015
Cons: The bathroom floods after showers so that could be fixed
It's not four seasons but if you intend to explore the city and just sleep in hotel, then it is perfectly fine. Rooms are small but it's ok. The location is excellent. 3 minute walk to tube and shops/restaurants on high st

Clean and comfortable but space at a premium.

We had 2 x twin standard rooms with one adult and one child in each. Pros: well located for west and south london, easy walk from tube, clean room and beds comfy. We were on 7th floor and there was no outside noise at all which was surprising considering the location. cons: room very small. Could only just move around the bed. Very small basin in sink, room doors were noisy on closing and were clunking down the corridor until the small hours. Overall we would stay again as we didn't intend to spend time in the room apart from sleeping. it represents value for money (compared to others...it is london after all). You need to upgrade your room if you want floor space or if you are tall or large.
