“1st impressions”

my only concern was the 1st room we had was so small, my husband could not get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, he had to scoot on his bottom around the bed to get up. honestly my closet at home is bigger than the room. I complianed and Steve who worked at the hotel, got us a bigger room that was absolutely wonderful. After ther 1st night it was perfect and the hotel has been upgraded and looks wonderful.

“Great and improved hotel”

The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is much better and the room is modern and big compared to the old room. The bathroom is great, there is separate bath and shower. This might not be the same for the ordinary rooms because I was upgraded to a club room. The reception is much better. Before, I have to wait ages before I can check in or out but now it was very fast and efficient. I will come back again to see how the ordinary room is set-up. But for this experience, I would say it is a great and improved hotel.

“Superb Hotel stay”

The hotel experience was great and satisfying. The staff was dedicated to their tasks and focused on them.

They are still renovating (I stayed late last summer and there is a noticeable difference) but it was quiet while I was there. Staff is friendly and helpful, and location is great.

Conveniently located to Kensington High Street tube station. Lovely clean room with tv, kettle and fridge. Good value. Would stay again.

We have tried several hotels over the years due to annually visiting the London Book Fair and I think this hotel is clearly our favourite so far. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was good and our rooms were also nicely cleaned during the day.

The proximity of the hotel to the tube and bus station,grocery ,shopping center and Kensington palace is excellent,the hotel lobby looks classy and elegant,our room was clean,just the bed too soft for us I can feel my husband when he turns.but over all we are very happy with our stay,it made our stay in London ( our 1st) happy and memorable experienced.im glad I read other peoples review before I made my reservation,thanks guys.

“A very enjoyable stay”

The staff were very helpful even when I had to change room due to an unexpected fault with the aircon. Very clean and tidy place I would definitatly stay there again and would recommend to friends.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel, with an excellant location to local transport. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has very good liesure facilities. Overall a very enjoyable stay .
