“Really positive experience!”

Fantastic location really close to both Charing Cross and Embankment Tube stations. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. I asked for an alarm clock that was an iHome, as advertised on their list of amenities and a brand new one was delivered to my room in a minute and installed. They also came to my room within a minute to help me learn my thermostat settings. Nice restaurants and a great experience. I will stay there when we return as a family in March.

“Amazing stay”

Great location. Extremely convenient for walking around London, finding a bus or riding the tube. Theatre, shops and food are close by. My room was clean, quiet and air conditioned (not necessary for this trip). The shower had the necessary power to wash my hair which is unusual in Britain. I will return.

“Great Location”

Hotel is ideally place for central London. Lovely big, bright and airy room, very comfortable bed and good size ensuite. Loved the complementary water and free refills. The breakfast the next day was pricey but very tasty. A good stay - would stay there again.

“Very pleased and hope to visit again soon!”

This was our first trip to London and I did a lot of research, trying to find a hotel with good ratings, priced reasonably and centrally located in the city. We were so pleased with The Grand. The room was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, we liked having coffee in the room each morning and the free internet was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful overall. The bartenders were very friendly and added to the enjoyability of our trip. It was really nice to be able to come back to the hotel to rest and get a drink after walking all over the city and be served by friendly, fun bartenders. The hotel is in a great location and really was quite central. We could walk just a block or two away up to 10 - 15 mintues away for plenty of great pubs and restaurant options. We will stay here again when we make it back to London.

“Perfect”

Perfect Location, quality rooms and facilities. Stayed there for a romantic break and would return. The computerised check in/out system was fantastic. We were in a hurry and the fact we didn't have to queue meant we were in our rooms 5 minutes after entering the hotel.

“Great hotel”

My daughters and I shared a 3 person room at the front of the hotel. It was actually quite quiet for being on a main street. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to London.

“Perfect Location”

This is the perfect hotel for sight-seeing visitors in London! It's within walking distance to all the great landmarks, theaters, nightlife and more. There's a Tube station on the block, and you can catch the tour buses right outside the front door. They just remodeled the hotel--it's fresh, roomy (by UK/NY standards) and nicely decorated. They have flat-screen TVs and free Internet access in all the rooms, plus a free computer with Internet and printing in the Club Room. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!
