“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. The concierge was very helpful with all our questions. Would definately reccommend to others.

This hotel is great value for money the staff were so helpful i went to london with my sister and wanted something special i was amazed at how nice it is it looks just like the pictures the hotel provides and it is so close to everywhere in london i will be going back when i visit london again

“Location!!!”

Fantastic room overlooking Marble Arch (#5010). Take ear plugs as street noise is loud 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tube stop just around the corner. Walk to shopping on Bond Street. ATM across the street. Small refrigerator in room with complimentary bottled water.

Excellent hotel. Very modern. Great location, right next to the Marble Arch Tube stop. We would definitely stay whenever in London.

“Very Cool”

This is a very hip and stylish hotel. Lobby is cool and very impressive in it's modern art and clean lines; it's a refreshing "suprise" in somewhat stuffy London. Very fast service from the front desk. Only downside was that it took the porter 20 minutes to show up for our luggage at checkout time. The doorman, however, was outstanding! It's very close to the Marbel Arch tube station and a Pret Manger deli is right around the corner. Rooms are nice with with very stylish bathrooms. We had a great time and would certainly stay there again.

“perfect location”

This was my 2nd stay here in 2 years. It is clean bright and modern and for a twin room, possibly the most spacious I have experienced in London.

“Great position”

Hotel staff very friendly. Corridors going to rooms looking a little tired. Rooms very comfortable although also looking tired. Have stayed there a few times some rooms better then others. A very quite hotel considering how large it is. Would recommend it as it is central to everything.

“Great homebase for London vacation”

The hotel met our needs in every way. Pret a Manger on the corner provided healthy, good and inexpensive breakfast and lunch choices. Sainsburys on the next corner provided snacks, breads, beverages and more. Money exchange is easy in the area, though maybe not the best rates. We enjoyed a couple of restruants across the street and around the block which had decent fare and reasonable prices. Shopping is abundant on Oxford St. which is around the corner. Hyde Park is just down the street. The concierge desk was very helpful to us in many ways.

“Pretty Good!”

The hotel was nice, clean and right on top of a tube stop. The concierge was very helpful - the front desk left a little to be desired (just sort of rude and slow) but all the rest of the hotel staff we incountered was extremely friendly. Non smoking rooms available and A/C which were my two requirements for a room. Internet is available but there is a fee.
