It is not happening very often and if you would leave your name I could have a look what the issue was so we could prevent whatever happened that day for the future. All our rooms are thoroughly checked before they are released for check-in and there is bottled water in the mini fridge in every room. Regarding the dress code, we believe that personality is over uniformity. It is very important to us that our team members feel comfortably so they can provide the best service they can, rather than let them be stuck in the uniform which can be very irritating. We do provide professional service as can be seen in other reviews and our reception and hotel staff are being praised in majority of them. As I mentioned before we cannot do much if we do not know what the issue was so if you would like to get in touch with us to discuss this further, please do not hesitate. Kind regards, Marketa
