“One of London's Best”

This hotel is very pricey but very much worth it. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is right by the tube (1 minute). Bed was a little stiff but still very nice. If you've got the cash, this is the place to stay.

“Will Stay there Again Until the Savoy is Finished.”

Was extremely please with everything at this hotel ... arrived earlier than expected and front desk gave us a voucher for breakfast till the room was ready, Location is perfect ... right off the Strand on the Victoria Embankment and convenient to West End, Covent Garden and the Underground. Our room faced the courtyard rather than the Thames, but we didn't mind because it was so attractive.

“Excellent value for money”

I was very impressed with the overall standard of the hotel considering we booked it for a very good price. The room was clean and a decent size. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good although not included in the price. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in London.

“One of the best views of London”

This is a very clean well presented hotel, but clearly the best thing about it is the view! If you're going to stay here, only ever get a river-view room as you can see from Canary Wharf around to Big Ben and it's spectacular at night with nobody to look into your window from across the street. The room were high quality and the staff very helpful and attentive. Although there is very little in the way of shops/bars/restaurants on the doorstep it's only a 5-10 min stroll to Covent Garden. For the price, this place was exceptional value and would recommend

“Excellent time”

Hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. This was a 40th birthday surprise and when we booked in they told us we had a room upgrade. The view was awesome - houses of parliament and the eye on one side and St Pauls and Tower Bridge on the other. At night when the lights were on it was breathtaking. Thoroughly recommend

“Great London hotel !!”

This hotel met our high expectations - great location, right near and overlooking the Thames, and about five minutes from Covent Gardens, Leicester Square. Staff quite helpful, room clean & comfortable, expresso machine in the room.

“Post Wimbledon”

Decided to stay here after a day at Wimbledon, a direct journey on the tube and the hotel is right behind Temple station. Arrived late, no problem with check-in, room with a fantastic view over the Thames and excellent room service. Headed into Covent Garden for breakfast on Sunday which was delightful. A good choice if you want to be out of the West End and brilliant for Theatreland, I'd stay again just for the view!
