My second visit to Sofitel. Hotel is in superb location. Very high standard. Friendly staff. Excellent food - best breakfast in town. This is the hotel to go for.

GREAT hotel! Absolutely perfect location. Nestled between Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, you can't get much better than that. Near great attractions and shopping. The Superior room was quite spacious and immaculate. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

I stay in a lot of hotels in London, and this is the first hotel in quite a while that has lived up to it's five star reputation. The rooms are a good size, well fitted, and have very comfortable beds. Staff were extremely professional and had an impeccable attention to detail. Very highly recommended.

“Location, location, location!”

A fantastic location in the middle of London about two minutes from Trafalgar Square. Staff were extremely attentive and the room, whilst small, was well designed and beautifully furnished. And the bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept on. A great base for a weekend or longer in London.

“Wonderful Experience”

My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel St. James last September for three nights and the experience was so wonderful that we decided to revisit the hotel for our anniversary trip in May. The hotel is lovely and our room was very spacious. We also found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. But what we loved most of all was the location. For us it is perfectly situated to walk to many of the notable sites of London. Buckingham Palace and the beatiful parks are all just down the road, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, around the corner, just to name a few. Suffice it to say we were very pleased and had a lovely holiday. When in London again, we will be sure to stay at the Sofitel.
