The staff were lovely and the choice of food available is amazing! We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Only problem was finding it from the South Terminal, we got a bit lost but that’s likely our fault.

Thoroughly enjoyed our pre-flight stay. Easy access, quick check-in by cheerful staff and a great casual dining experience in the main bar. Room was clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed and big walk-in shower. Absolutely everything we needed for a restful night before a long journey.

As usual this is a fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful and very friendly especially Margo in the 8th floor lounge. The rooms are large and very clean and had everything you need. This hotel is highly recommended, especially the 8th floor lounge. 5 stars.

Room was excellent and well prepared. Two issues. 1. Dispenser for toilet paper was unhinged. 2. No shampoo in shower dispenser - they should ensure all containers are full.

Staff and Italian restaurant all very good. Family room perfect size for family of 4, good amenities and clean. Unfortunately the air con does not work, we turned it down to 15 degrees but it stayed at 22/23 degrees all night, all of us had trouble sleeping as the room was so hot and stuffy, consequently we felt dreadful in the morning before our flight. Such a shame this is an ideal hotel for north terminal, but if u can’t sleep it defeats the object of coming down the night before to get a good nights rest ahead of a morning flight

Very convenient for both North and South terminals. Lift from airport to hotel was broken, not a huge issue for us as we could use the escalator without any problems. Lift from lobby to rooms made a terrible nice that 1) didn’t feel us with confidence when using it 2) could be heard from the room resulting in a lot of disturbance during the night. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable. Shower worked well. We ate in the Asian restaurant which was expensive for the quality of the food. Overall it was ok.

On arrival allocated the room but the key didn’t work went to reception, they said the key would know work know, went back to the room and it still didn’t work then realised they had changed the room number without telling us. Room un serviced, shower tray waste not inplace we had to ring for milk for the room and were handed a bag of tea coffee etc with no apologies just here and left! When asked at the bar what lagers they had the person didn’t know and then had to find a menu. Food was good and quick. Experience was poor for the type of hotel.

Best hotel to stay at in Gatwick, even if you’re flying from the South Terminal, staying here is by far the best. Different strokes and all that sure, but this place makes it all so easy, like access to a lounge. Book both if you have the choice, definitely book the night at the hotel if you’re flying early, book the night even if you’re not!?

Location was great - especially linking up with meet & greet car park. Staff at Reception were poor - giving misleading information re car park. Reception claimed I had to pay for my dinner before actually choosing it and would not except the bill for dining being paid once the amount was known like a normal restaurant - very unhelpful.

Superbly comfortable bed, A1 cleanliness and friendly, knowledgeable staff made our stay very comfortable. Would have been great to have a bedside drawer and a second chair would have been handy but hard to complain about anything 👏👏👏

The bed mattress 'dipped' where previous guests had slept, needs either renewing or at the very least, turning the mattress over. Also standard lamp was not working in the bedroom. However, overall, a good easy overnight stay before early flight out from Gatwick.

The room was very clean, bed was so comfortable but the toilet flush dripped all night and I kept waking up, even with the bathroom door shut. Such a shame as I was looking forward to a relaxed start to my trip.
