“Great hotel for business near Heathrow”
Perfect hotel when conducting business in or around Heathrow.
“Very Comfortable”
Very comfortable hotel, was a long way from the lobby which was a pain, hotel was undergoing maintenance while I was there so no water from midnight to 5am but other than that the bed was really confortable and well maintained
“Quiet, Comfortable & value for money especially with parking included”
We stayed here for one night prior to our flight from Heathrow. The check in service was very efficient and the staff were very helpful. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located for the airport and very quiet. We parked our car at the hotel for 14 nights, we didn't need to leave the keys with reception whilst we were away. The car was perfectly safe and much cheaper than using the long stay airport parking. We got a taxi to the airport, the hotel appear to run their own taxi service and cost £10 which was well worth it. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the terminal and was completely hassle free. On the way back we got the bus from the heathrow terminal to the airport, the bus runs every 30 minutes and the journey takes about 20 minutes to the hotel. The cost was £4 per person one way. This hotel was good value for the money with very good service. Would definitely use again.
“Ideal for a stopover”
Easily reached from LHR tube station via bus. Close to the runway but no real noise problem. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Hopper buses available from 0430 outside the hotel lobby for 4 GBP per person for the early flights. Would definitely use again as a stopover before a flight.
“Very Impressed”
Very impressed with this hotel, I would use this hotel next time I fly from Heathrow. Excellent service and helpful staff. Breakfast is pricey.
“Excellent park/fly hotel”
Booked here for an overnight stay, which included 14 days free car parking Price was fantastic and even though I was a couple of nights over on the free parking I did not have to pay anything extra. Warmly recommend.
“Very nice airport hotel.”
Comfortable, clean, efficient, close to airport. Good food in the pub.
“Very convenient and clean hotel, will definitely use it again!”
Really convenient hotel, which is very clean with big rooms, and the service was very efficient. I stayed with there with my wife and 16 month old daugher, and the room was big and comfortable for all of us. Requested a cot when booking on Expedia, and it was already in the room all made up for the baby. Great breakfast, once agin with very helpful and curteous staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to be close to Heathrow.
“Amazing, as long as you don't mind paying through the nose for transport!”
The hotel itself, I cannot fault. It was clean, fresh, the staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing. We actually cancelled a restaurant booking on the second night to eat at the hotel again! My other half's not keen on the so-called "posh" hotels as the attitude can be a bit snobbish, but this wasn't the case at all here. The garden restaurant really is fantastic, we were there for a rugby game at Twickenham but the atmosphere there made us want to go on holiday! But don't be fooled by it's proximity to places that it's going to be cheap to get there. Taxi's were extortionate, and buses were unreliable! Note we didn't use the Hotel Hoppa service that'll take you to Heathrow so can't comment on that one. So, to generally summarise, it's very convenient for flying from Heathrow, not so much for anything else, but it's a fantastic hotel!
“Lovely”
Lovely rooms, would stay again on next trip to Heathrow - especially if I get another cheap room.
