“Very Nice Hotel - Especially for the price”

I had a very good experience overall. They were almost complete with the renovations. So I was a little dissappointed about that. However, I was still able to use the internet, have a drink in the bar, and get good advice on local pubs, food and transportation.

“Great Hotel for Travellers”

This Sheraton is very comfortable and has a tea/coffee making facility in your room. This Sheraton is extremely convenient if you are travelling too and from Heathrow airport. There is a free city bus only a 5 minute walk away, or you can use the National Express Hoppa for 4.50 pounds each way to and from the airport. We caught the underground tube into London for shopping and sightseeing and returned late evening to this comfortable hotel. The business center is excellent and the computers fast for printing your travel documents and/or reviewing your email, etc. We have stayed at Sheraton Heathrow in the past and will do so again on our future trips to London.

“Good hotel to save money”

You pay less for same level of hotel in center London. Here my tip, how you can travel to center London for cheap. Close to hotel, you can find bus stop for bus # 350. This bus with direct service to Terminal 5. From Terminal 5 you have a tube line. You can buy daily ticket that will cover your bus and tube expenses

“Highly recommend at certain times of year..”

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the staff to be wonderful, the breakfasts were delicious and the property well maintained and clean. We stayed in club rooms so enjoyed the use of a separate breakfast room and free use of the internet. It was lovely to go there to watch TV and have a cup of tea if I couldn't sleep. Only problem was the fact that the public rooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms were not. I have health issues when in too much heat and the staff provided a fan and moved us to another room in a cooler section as soon as possible. I would stay there again on any trip to London except between the first of May and end of September as I simply cannot handle heat (London was hotter than normal during our stay there). The staff at the hotel were exceptional and despite the proximity to Heathrow - it was lovely and quiet. Excellent value.

“It worked for us”

Not the nicest place in London but a bargain for the money. Adequate bar with a nice single malt Scotch selection. Food in the restaurant was good and the wine list was nice. From the sound of other comments, it has been undergoing renovation for sometime. Our room was clean, and comfortable.

“Nice”

The hotel was was very good. We had a meal in the bar area rather than the dining room and the meal was good. Getting to the hotel by taxi was more expensive than going across London.

“Handy Heathrow Hotel”

The hotel is (obviously) near Heathrow. If you're doing business nearby or want to avoid meeting in London itself this is a great location. (You can take the Hotel-Hoppa for £4 to any of the terminals at LHR and pick up a Tube or Express Bus into London if needed.. or splurge £60 for a cab) The internal conference site is really well organised with lots of rooms, both large and small, to work with. Opt for the price including breakfast as it's worth it. The buffet had a decent selection of everything from hot cereal to Continental and everything in between.

“Excellant value for overnight”

Good room, everything was nice and clean, well maintained, Only fault was it took quite a while for the heat to warm the room up and when it did it got fairly hot in the night. Restaurant had excellant food and the bar was reasonable. I'd stay again.

“Wonderful”

The Sheraton Heathrow Hotel was wonderful both out and in. The room was extremely comfortable made me feel as if I was in my very own home. The Hotel outside the room was nice and tidy. Outside of the Hotel was nice and clean...great landscaping and its conveniently located (near the airport) for traveling around. The staff was AMAZING...Everyone was kind, helpful and patient. I can be a bit of a pest and I never knew they were bother if they were. FRIENDLY, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, INFORMATIVE AND WONDERFUL!
