We have stayed here three times now. Two years ago, the service was better, and the overall standard better.
We waited for four hours for our room to be ready, and then were given what seemed to us to be an emergency room, with no sofa, no jug, fridge turned off. Too exhausted to do anything else, but the evening manager told us he would have a better room for us the next day. When we got back after a day out the next day, nothing had been done, we were greeted with Oh, were you unhappy with the room? We explained what had happened, and were given the key to go and check the new room before we moved to it. It was fine, an upgrade on what we had paid for, but we were made feel that it all happened because we had complained about the first room, as opposed to it being offered to us.
Good transport facilities or not, we won't be returning to So Quartier. The standard has definitely dropped in two years, and it seems to be running on a patch it up basis.
