“Perfect location, worst internal environment”
The hotel's location is great, and in general, the hotel is nice. There is no lobby but you can use the bar/cafeteria. Now here it comes the worst. For such a highly rated hotel, it is not acceptable the noise the house keeping personnel make. It is simply horrendous. They keep slamming doors constantly, so if you are relaxing after a busy evening, don't stay there!. If you are going to be away starting 7 AM then probably you will love it!
“First London trip”
Wonderful hotel and staff. Location was perfect for us. In the theater district. Walked everywhere. Would go back.
“Radisson Edwardian Leicester Square”
Staff were first class, they could not do enough to make the stay enjoyable. The only slight negative was there was a musty smell in the room. The room was not dirty, maybe the carpets need to be replaced. Overall Very good
“Girls get away”
The whole trip was great
“not bad for london”
the front desk staff are extremely friendly. the food there for breakfast is really good. at our last night, we did have a fire alarm go off at 3am which kept me up, and front desk did have difficulty checking me out with the bill. the room is small and my view was of the library, but that was expected. the shower does not have much water pressure. overall, good experience
“Great Hotel, Great Location”
We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. This was the second time we had stayed there, and both times the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. The rooms are clean with every modern convenience. We stayed in a standard room for one night. If you are considering more than one night and there are two of you, I would consider upgrading to a larger room. Internet is fast and free!
“Ideal Location”
Great hotel, excellent location
“Charles”
Rooms are very small, but ok......................................................................................................
“Excellent service and central location”
Great service and excellent breakfast which we booked with the room. The front desk staff were very helpful, efficient and most accomodating eg. assisting us with travel arangements The location is great for walking everywhere, from St Pauls to South Kensington. It was great having access to a computer in the hotel for emails.Rooms are a bit smaller than North American standards but the king bed was terrific and the showers are great!
“Very good hotel, great location, would definitely stay again.”
Great place to stay in London,100 feet from Leicester Square (trees, flowers,a green oasis). Official hot tickets booth and good, reasonably priced restaurants/pubs all around. Hotel clean, up to date. Desk personnel very helpful. Took hr to get ice for wifes swollen foot one nite but next nites fine. A great London experience
