“Good place to stay very near Heathrow”

Brand new hotel, comfortable room, free internet for 30 minutes, then only 3 pounds for 24 hours, very good reasonably priced restaurant, Costa coffee bar in lobby. Downside, no free ride to hotel, you pay 4.5 pounds each way to a bus, or about 15 pounds each way for taxi.

“Ticks all the boxes!”

The hotel is very close to the airport - easy access via hoppa bus/taxi, room well appointed, sound proofing works, food good and staff very helpful. Ticks all the boxes.

“clean new hotel”

Good hotel one mile from terminal 5. Free city bus #350 accross from the hotel bus that charges $6,50 each way. Macdonalds next door. Good idea to stay there if early flight from Heathrow. Clean new hotel.

“Excellent place, you will be pleased”

A great place to stay if you are leaving because it is so close to the airport. The restaurant was really good. I ate there for breakfast twice and dinner twice. My entire family liked the food and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is new and we got a quad which had a double bed and 2 single beds. The only thing I didn't like was the liquid soap in the bathroom. Other than that no complaints. Also, they have a city bus 434 (I think) which is free to and from the airport. They have a hotel hoppa bus which costs about $5. The city bus works fine but the hotel hoppa may come more often.

“Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 5”

a stay at this hotel was very much pleasant for a person who need to stay just for one night for transfer. the only thing I regreted was that there were busses between the airport and the hotel but I thought that there was no bus after 20:45 and took a cab (15 pounds) but in fact there was another lind of bus (5 pounds). so i would recommend that you check the timetable of busses carefully in order to save some money. food at a restaurand on the ground floor was decent and very reasonable prices. internet cost only e pounds and very fast. I would come back to this hotel for a transit next time.

“No frills, but all the essentials”

We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Terminal 5 very much. Staff were cordial and helpful. Service in the restaurant was quite slow and disorganized though we were there quite late (after 9 p.m.) but food was perfectly creditable. Only (strong!) reservation: my husband and I loathe duvets, and we know we are not alone. Yet that is all that is provided for the bed. Ordinary blankets should be provided for those who request them (we did not in fact ask for a blanket, but I have a strong suspicion there are none to be had).
