“A really good stay”

Though I am not one to stay in many hotels I was extremely satisfied with this one, and considering its proximity to a multitude of londons attractions I'd say this is the perfect place for tourists.

“The best service in Chelsea, London”

One of my best experiences traveling around the world. This is a service-oriented class hotel. Great food, extremely clean, comfortable and well located.

“Great hotel”

The service was excellent, room was big by European standards, bathroom was huge with shower and tub. The king bed was 2 twins shoved together but still comfortable. The spa was GREAT!

“Will definitely return”

The hotel was very clean and the rooms extraordinarily spacious considering European standards. The hotel is a bit removed from attractions, but is a quiet retreat with the park being so close by. Getting a taxi was very difficult but the hotel has a car service. Mixed staff review - some were nice, however some were very unhelpful. The restaurant and bar were good but not exceptional by any means; the food a bit pricey. Would definitely stay here again just because of the room size and the cleanliness, sleek decor and the quality of the rooms.

“Would certainly go back just to enjoy the Spa”

Took a friend to this Hotel for a Birthday treat. She/we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All staff we friendly. Only downside was the long walk to Sloane Square Station. Which was not clearly signposted.

“A new location in London”

This is a superbly located new hotel which should be an excellent stay, once everything is sorted after the official opening on March the 1st. Then it all depends how they price it... Highly recommended.

“Great new hotel by Chelsea Bridge.”

A very pleasant surprise. Usually stay downtown, not in Chelsea, but this made it worth it. More like a 5 star than a 4 star it's rated at.

“Living it up South of the River”

I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Booked a standard double room through Expedia, got given a room on the Executive floor. Modern, without being achingly hip, well-furnished and had great views of London (Battersea Power Station, the Thames, London Eye, HoP, St Pauls and beyond). Battersea Park on the door and Chelsea only a short walk away. Kings Road is excellent for the shoppers among you. Rooms kept beautifully by the cleaning staff, bed very comfy as was the white (yes white!) leather sofa. Bathroom was something else - bath looked fun (a sloping back to recline whilst reading I guess but I opted for the rain-shower every time. Bliss! Pool was superb (a decently swimmable 15m I think) and quiet but I'm not a fan of walking around hotels in my dressing gown and there was no proper changing room. Only real negative was the lack of atmosphere in the bar. Very bland and bar staff not that great. As would be expected, drinks not cheap but there are enough nice bars and pubs over the river to frequent if you want to make a night of it. Free wi-fi would have been good but not a big deal really. Definitely would go again, a real treat.

“Hotel Pestana was excellent”

Truly a great hotel - new, clean, and great staff. So new in fact that many taxi drivers did not know it exists. If the location is good for you the hotel is great.
