We came early and the wonderful staff allowed us to check in 6 hours early when check in is at 4 we came at 10 very helpful and friendly staff and a peaceful hotel

Really liked the size of the room and the view. The location is really quite excellent as well and we could walk everywhere with lots of amenities around like a shopping mall and Battersea Park.
Staff were very friendly at reception when I checked in on Tues 26th March at 6 pm. We got the two drinks vouchers as Gold VIP member and an upgrade to super king room with fantastic views over the river Thames. Had a great stay. Thanks

It’s perfect location, beautiful area to walk around, close to a beautiful park. Loved the big spacious room with separate bath and shower.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Sloane Square tube stop and across from the beautiful Battersea Park. The refurbished Battersea Power Station is a short walk away.
The hotel itself is both clean and quiet.
The bathroom in the room could use an update and having a window into the bathroom is rather odd. I am not sure if they white leather coach was an interesting choice for the room as it was not very comfortable.
The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

After a shaky check in when they didn’t know if I had paid or not, the room was relatively comfortable but with a work out looking leather couch. The iron they provided had certainly seen better days, with some type of anti theft chain on it allowing you to only use the iron a small area. The shower was terrible / a mixture of awful temperature control followed by a weird misting rather than waterfall.
It really felt a like a no thrills hotel.

This was over all a pleasant stay.
We were given an accessibility Room, which was ever so kind of the staff. Just a small point regarding the wet room - water did not drain appropriately & traveled across the whole floor so you may need extra towels. lol

Only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time in the hotel so didn’t have breakfast or use any of the facilities. Parking was expensive but that’s a different company to the hotel, overall not a bad experience room appeared clean and comfortable can’t complain.

We had a great experience during our stay (Dec 2023). We feel the value of the hotel was excellent. We didn’t feel like we were to far out of London. The bus stops were close by and the tube was a quick walk to get to. The room was as expected, clean and everything in order. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the safe and we received assistance quickly and was remedied quickly. The 2 maintenance people were very amiable and polite. There is a marketplace very close by where we purchased snacks and drinks. Even the Thames/Uber River boats stop was close. The only thing they did not have was laundromat but they offered laundry services. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We will definitely recommend to friends/family.

Room was broken down, chipped paint, clogged drains, empty soap dispensers that I asked to be replaced and weren't. A bit of a walk to Battersea Power Station mall and the associated metro. On the plus side, the breakfast was good. But certainly not worth what we paid for the place.
