“Okay but don't expect too much”
This hotel is nicely located at the circle line. It seems that many school classes stay there which guarantees a high noise level throughout the night. The breakfast is the same every day but overall okay - if you don't expect some famous English breakfast. I would rather recommend the place to young people.
“affordable inn for short stay”
affordable inn for short stay, everything simple, but value for money
“horrible stay -mission impossible sleep”
horrible experience !!! Room was on the basement appx 6s qm ,easy to understand this was not a room to stay.I got shocked when i entered the room there was a baby pool standing infront of the wardrobe that has no covers at all. impossible to sleep due to a sizzling sound that comes from nowhere. please avoid staying with this hotel sure you can find somewhere else that you can sleep ...
“cheap and clean good for tourists close to Whiteleys”
Totally clean hotel with fine location deep in Tourist-zone. Lively area but not very noisy at all; probably best budget hotel in that area. Continental bfast is OK but lots of proper English breakfast places closebuy to get a proper cholestoral hit. Close to tubes.
“Not a best value hotel”
A basic hotel with a shuddering lift you felt happy to get out of, 20pence Lidl bread for breakfast, tinned frui Free WiFi now common in most hotels, I thought their charges expensive. OK if you are on a budget and not spending any time in hotel. I have had much better experiences+value recently with Expedia, thank goodness.
“Best left well alone!!”
I have stayed in hotels around the globe for the last 15 years on average 3 nights a week, and I have to say without any doubt this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, grimy and plain filthy. i had sink that was blocked witout a plug and I asked for it to be replaced at 9am following my first nights stay, when I returned from work I had to ask again. it was eventully unblocked but they didnt have any plugs to fit the sink. I stayed two nights but I couldnt bring myself to eat anything because of the dirt. It was also a very noisy hotel inside with other guests. if you want a good, clean, quiet hotel, this isnt for you! Additionally, there is Red Light area a couple of streets away.
“Basically a youth hostel”
This hotel was much lower quality that we expected. We chose it for the location, and were on a tight budget. We almost changed hotels after arriving. It is basically a youth hostel. It is clean and good for budget tourism, but don't consider it for a business trip or a romantic weekend in London.
“Ok for the price but not for a long comfortable stay”
I booked a double bed but I got twin instead. room is designed only to sleep nothing else. old TV, old furnitures, and old design. bearfast is very basic but ok. the location is qyite good as it only 2 minutes walk from the Bayswater underground.
“Good value for money”
The room that I stayed in wasn't all that fancy but it served its purpose. The location of the hotel itself is excellent though! I would stay there again.
“Very average”
This hotel is perfectly situated in Bayswater with lots of amenities nearby but the rooms are nothing special: very poor mattresses, TV's that are just not worth adding to the room and ugly interiors.. but it is clean and functional and suffices for a cheap place to stay in London. For London, it is value for money I guess.
