“Good hotel would def. visit again.”
Staff excellent - so helpful. Food good - very good breakfast. Room spacious with very comfortable beds.
“impressed!”
Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Very handily situated also for underground transport and for the theatre..
“A pleasure to recommend”
This hotel has restored my faith in UK hotels and there is no doubt the staff set it apart from the rest. Reception/Concierge was always well-manned and the staff polite, smartly dressed and well-informed. A request for a quiet room was smoothly dealt with and smiles were plentiful - all too often a rarity in hotels in this country. The dining room staff were equally attentive and professional and the breakfast banquet a feast for the eyes. Although our package was on a room only basis, we were so glad we had opted to book breakfasts for our stay on arrival. The decor in our room was very pleasing and the bathroom stocked with quality toiletries and even bathrobe and slippers. The Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are just a couple of stops away from Victoria Underground which is a leisurely 4 minutes' walk away. This hotel gets the thumbs up for its comfort and location but most of all for its well-trained staff, all of whom look as if they actually enjoy making your stay worth remembering for all the right reasons.
“Excellent value for money!”
My sister and I (first time to London for her)did a whirl wind tour of London. Park Plaza Victoria is conveniently situated and a lovely Hotel. Our dinner in the Hotel's restaurant capped off our stay marvellously as the staff made us feel welcome and special. I definately reccomend this Hotel to anyone visiting London.
“Great Hotel, great location.”
The service and standard of room were excellent. The Hotel is right beside Victoria station making it easy to sightsee, shop and visit the theatre.Would recommend it.
“Memorable for the right reasons”
We stayed for a leisure break. Liked the location handy for Victoria. On booking didn't realise we had an Executive suite. As a result enjoyed our 'free' drinks (wine and bottled beers) and nibbles from 6-8pm in the Executive lounge all the more, but breakfasted downstairs where the atmosphere was livelier. Great breakfast! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable when we made any enquiry and as we had no complaints can't comment on how they handle those.
“Our party booked 3 rooms and all were happy with them.”
We booked 3 rooms and stayed overnight in this hotel. Rooms were clean, well equipped and a decent size. Access from Victoria Station was quick and easy.
“Fabulous Hotel”
The hotel was a 5 min walk from Victoria Train Station and literally a 3 minute walk to the theatre which was the main reason we booked it. The hotel was immaculate, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, the rooms were beautiful, modern, stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have access to the executive lounge so there were were no queues for breakfast in the morning and you could have as little or as much as you needed. Fantastic hotel, would not hesitate in recommending this or staying here again, a gem of a find!
“Excellent location”
Very impressed with this modern hotel. Very well situated especially when travelling from London Gatwick. Train / Tube station is less than 5 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and helpful and are very service orientated. Would never stay anywhere else other than here again. Have recommended the hotel as best place to stay in London.
“Perfect base for London Marathon weekend”
Fabulous Hotel. Clean, well stocked, convenient location, quiet, friendly and efficient. Early breakfast laid on for Marathon runners too. Perfect for anyone coming into London via Victoria.
