Great location, friendly staff, clean, a little dated and the pillows are very uncomfortable but the beds were lovely and big. Good selection at breakfast but the hash browns where hard in the middle.

Quaint with a fab location
Quiet street, older hotel, excellent staff. A little noisy from smokers outside but Jacky moved us - no problem. Both rooms had everything you would expect. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fab, the waiters were efficient and friendly. The sausages were particularly tasty. I do not know why there are so many negatives for this hotel, yes it is a little shabby chic but I would stay here again. Fab location.

staff attitude not great. Told we had been upgraded but would hate to see a standard room. Very noisy outside room. Dustbins emptied 7am Sunday morning and staff from other buildings taking smoke breaks outside our window at 4am.

Great weekend stay
Hotel was room very clean, was well equipped with toiletries, tea coffee etc . Staff at both reception and in dining room were very pleasant and helpful . Full English Breakfast which was buffet style with also a good selection of fruit, yogurt and baked goods. Very happy staying there and great location

Excellent location, nearby Green Park & Hyde Park, Oxford Street is 10 minutes walk. Marble Arch Station is also 10 minutes walk. So many restaurants within the area, However, the hotel is outdated & very old.

Read really poor reviews on Trip Advisor but the hotel and its staff were good. Try find a better value for money hotel in that location I dare you!

Hotel was basically pretty good ... but check-in took a long time as one staff member was away from reception and the person who was on reception didn't seem to want to check anyone in. So there was a queue of about 8 people waiting while the person did admin tasks!

Quaint little hotel in a lovely location
Nothing bad that I can say about this place. Good location, clean, well equipped rooms, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. To top it off, very good breakfast too....

The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment to male matters worse there was no heating working throughout the hotel and we had to use emergency oil filled radiator which did not help as the window was stuck open causing a fraught throughout the night

I have stayed here before and it is very quiet but close to central sights. The accommodation was clean and compact with everything I needed and good value for one night. My only complaint was that there seemed to be no heating on the room and it became very cold despite portable radiator.

The hotel is not like a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 2 star hotel. The hotel is clean but very dated. The rooms are small. In ours the curtains were broken the shower was cold. The hotel suffers from poor staff training and service. It’s one of the cheaper hotels if you want to stay in Mayfair but it is still overpriced.

Great price for a hotel in central location. Clean and warm. Comfy bed. Only criticism is the TV which only had about 10 channels, all with a poor fuzzy picture reception. It didn't even have the BBC !!!

Great location, shame the hotel does not match.
The lady at checkin was very friendly but over worked, no other staff on duty. They do not have a concierge service so if you need a garment ironed you have to do it yourself but only after the solo staff memeber has time to bring it to your room - not the end of the world but this sort of money you should have better access to things that make you life easier. No minibar in the room... sorry but this is an absolute no no, especially in this location. Easily placed under one desk or in a cupboard, so if you wake up in the middle of the night you better be prepared to use the bathroom tap. Please don’t be confused by the name the prestigious location being Park Lane does not resonate into this hotel. 3star at best.

I was really pleasantly surprised. This property is about 6 mins walk from Green Park tube station (which has a lift for those of you with large bags). I stayed in the cutest room. Very dated (wallpaper peeling off the walls) but clean and warm and quiet (I stayed on a Friday night). The breakfast buffet was tasty. My only complaint is hot water (or the lack of) in the bathroom. Wanted to soak before getting on a plane (forget that), it was more of a 30 seconds shower.

Handy location for us close to Ritz Hotel, also convenient to walk to locations I.E. Buck House, Hyde Park Piccadily . Road quite busy so movements of sevice lorries noticeable

Room had a very strong smell that was overpowering. The room itself was very old, had trouble with plug outlets and the TV. Not very luxurious for a 4* hotel, definitely expected more. The only good thing was how comfortable the bed was.
