“Nice experience”

We would go back to this hotel. It was conveniently located neear the tube. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the tube and attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly. While the room was small, it was clean and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator. We would definitely stay at the Park International again.

“Excellent for a London hotel”

If you expect an American-style hotel room, you'll be disappointed almost anywhere in London. However, this place comes as close as anywhere I've stayed. There was plenty of space in our room, an elevator, a TV with a good selection of channels, a real shower, and complimentary soap and shampoo. They have a stated policy that they'll store luggage for free on your day of arrival (very good after a red eye, since check-in is 2 PM), but it costs 1 pound per bag to store on departure day.

“great hotel”

Travel to London twice a year and always stay in this hotel for the past few years. Only drawback is as the hotel states they have refrigerators in the single rooms, the refrigerators do not work. That is the only thing that the hotel needs to address.

“Exceeded Expectations”

After reading the reviews about the Park International I was a bit worried about what our stay would be like. I was very PLEASANTLY surprised to find out that the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and there was more than enough space. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds, it had all other ammenities (tv, bathroom, toiletries, etc). In addition, despite the reviews, the hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. I will definitely look it up again! Even better the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of great sights (e.g., Hyde Park) and a short Tube stop away from anywhere in central London that you wanted to be.

“Great Location, Great Rates -- Very Good Value for your money”

I had a great experinence at the Park International Hotel. I expected a much smaller room than I actually got, so that was a bonus. The in-room lap top safe was a great feature -- no lugging valuables around while out an about in London. Some reviewers have suggested that you can find cheaper amenities in the neighborhood-- specifically for breakfast ans WiFi service. You have to pay for WiFi, but the cost is reasonable, and comparable to other pay WiFi services available nearby (unless you go to the internet cafe just across Cromwell Rd, which is free). The hotel breakfast was extra, and of course you can find less expensive alternatives, but not for a comparable meal. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of hot and cold choices, and to get something comparable in a neighborhood cafe, you will pay at least as much as the hotel charges. For what you get, it is a bargain -- remember that this is London and everything is expensive! The neighborhood is relatively safe, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the great South Kensington Museums, and very close to the Gloucester Road Tube stop. I'd recommend the Park International and plan to stay there again the next time I'm in London.

“A great hotel experience for our first trip to London”

We recently stayed 4 nights at the Park International Hotel in the South Kensington area of London. Our family consists of my husband and myself, plus our 2 grown children. We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms was a good-sized corner room with 3 windows. The other room was quite small. Both rooms looked like they were recently updated - very attractively decorated and modern. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had something to offer for all tastes: breakfast meats, eggs, cereal, pastries, etc. Also, we were a 5-minute walk from the Gloucester Rd tube station. There's a small shopping center nearby with a grocery store, restaurants, drugstore, etc. This hotel is really situated in a nice area and it felt very safe walking back from the tube late at night. I would highly recommend the Park International Hotel. The one negative about staying here: very expensive to use the lobby computer. We found this to be true, though, at every hotel we stayed in on this trip (Dublin, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow). Maybe it's a European thing? We did not have a laptop with us, so I don't know what their WiFi situation was.

“Best Location, Best Breakfast, Polite Staff!”

This hotel has a real good location, just 3 minutes walk and you will reach the tube station (subway), and from there, you will get different kind of restaurants, fast food (Burger King, KFC) and a very good convienient store. Opposite street to the hotel, you will find an internet cafe. The breakfast is a really good full breakfast, cereals, croissants, danish, cold cuts, salami, toast, orange juice, grape fruit juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cheese... etc. Last but not least, all staff are extremely polite, smile all the time. especially the guy at the conceierge desk, very helpful.. will recommend to everyone. TIPS: do not book cab with the reception, it's a lot expensive then book it yourself.
