The customer service was excellent; very friendly & helpful gentleman at the front desk. Breakfast was also excellent. Was not a fan of the basement room. It was clean, but the window opened to an area with a high wall which could not be climbed over in the event of a fire. Should also add that there was also a fire escape through several doors on the same floor. Didn't realize it would be a basement room.

Excellent location, very friendly and nice front desk staff. Room was pretty small but the price was right, bed was comfortable, hot water in the shower, quiet at night.

Super find near Paddington Station.
Made to feel very welcome. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Moved to ground floor room as had heavy luggage - without asking. Beds very comfortable. Good shower.

Amazing find. Not expensive for location. Staff welcoming and smiley at checkin. Room clean and compact and modern. Breakfast more than adequate with freshly prepared fruit too. Would definitely use again. And… windows that actually open to have a choice of fresh aid!

Great location for Kensington. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Room small but well ventilated and good aircon and we were just sleeping there! Comfy beds and good shower. Plenty of tea and coffee. Would definately recommend. Also great value, especially for that location. Thank you

Lovely staff! Good location!! As a solo traveller, i found the hotel perfect as it was close to Lancaster gate tube station. The hotel is within walking distance to many good cafes. Its also walking distance from hyde park.

Super for a single
Good people, clean room, convenient. Remarkable breakfast with a few kinds of fresh fruit, hot stuff, sourdough and bagels and cereal. Desk clerk very cordial and thorough.

The hotel has be done up nicely and is located near to transportation. Although quiet in the rear rooms it may be a bit noisy at the front. But this is a central London hotel and in comparison to other cities, London has overall got a lot quieter. So pack some ear plugs. No elevator so be aware

Tiny boutique hotel, great location
The room was tiny but very clean. They changed our towels and tidied the room every day. Wifi was ok, sometimes a little patchy. There is no elevator. Breakfast buffet in the lobby area. Location was amazing, easy to walk to underground, museums and other tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel rooms are clean. Breakfast can be provided. Staffs are friendly. As a whole, I feel comfortable. However, as there is no lift, it becomes a good exercise to carry large and heavy luggage walking upstairs and downstairs while the staircase is narrow.

Avoiding this hotel!!
One rude receptionist called Alexander, make sure you aren’t check in with him. I booked the double room and I’m going with my boyfriend. He asked me to pay extra for adding one more person with really impolite attitude. Unreasonable rule: No visitor is allowed in the hotel. No lift and we have to walk to fourth floor with heavy luggage.

We are sorry, but you tried to sneak in your boyfriend. You did not even ask if he could stay, when you obviously booked for one person and said that only you would be staying, now that was rude. We have explained that to hotels.com. On the hotel's description does mention that we do not have lift. There's a pandemic at the moment, no hotel's are allowing in visitors apart from the guests that are check in or are already staying in the property. Best Regards

Perfect for Hyde Park
Great location close to Hyde Park. Some nice bars nearby and easy to get too on the underground too. Breakfast was great, could have eaten even more. Thanks

Hotel was spotless. Room was small but comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. Gentleman on reception was really friendly and helpful. I don’t think he went home lol. Only suggestion I would give, is to put a mirror in the room. Would definitely use again

Great value, clean and great location
Great stay, clean, fresh and quiet place for a goodnight sleep, just a minutes walk away from hyde park. Room was small but its great if you spending most day outside. Great value too and lots of eating places. Around the corner from paddington station too
