“Not for Business Travellers”

While I can reluctantly accept that some hotels are still sufficiently behind the curve to be still charging for wireless internet, and the Novotel Group clearly being one of those - to charge for wireless and still only have old-fashioned plug-in broadband is entirely unacceptable. This means you pay...and the only place you can use the service is the hotel lobby. Or you could go to Starbucks. This is not acceptable. Not coming here again.

“Very Nice Hotel!”

Hotel was 2-3 blocks from Kingscross Station. Very convenien. Staff was extremely helpful!

“Back again and we will return”

We have now stayed at the Novotel St Pancras on four occasions and we have never been disappointed. The staff are fantastic-friendly and very efficient. The Hotel is comfortable with modern bedrooms and the public areas are light and airy. Mirrors Restaurant, where breakfast is served, is also available for dinner. The food is reasonably priced and of high quality. The adjacent bar is also comfortable and has a good range of beers and spirits. We will be back.

“Disappointing despite a very good location”

Despite a very well designed room and a very convenient location, the overall impression was most unfavourable. The room facing Euston Road was incredibly noisy. The window did not fit well and this caused the soundproofing to be useless. We could hear converstaions in the street.

“On a very busy street, and not soundproof, so don't go expecting any sleep!”

Hotel on a very busy street, and not soundproofed, so don't go expecting any sleep - defeats the object of a hotel! Doesn't matter how good the cleanliness or service is, if you can't sleep the rest is irrelevant. And I'm not a light sleeper, heavy sleeper if anything who lives in the centre of a vibrant city and never has issues like this, which felt like I was sleeping on the street in rush hour.

“Splendid London Experience”

Very impressed with the Novotel St Pancras. The view of the London skyline from my 15th floor room was mightily imressive with every major landmark visible. All the staff that I encountered were top class in their attitude at this well presented and, for my purposes, extremely well located hotel, Would definitely stay again, although I would be hoping that my old friend the fried egg would make an appearance at the otherwise outstanding breakfast buffet and that the operation of the shower would not require a degree in mechanics to master.
