“Excellent family hotel”

Arrived @ 11:00 a.m., hotel staff happily let us check in early. Large room with sofa + queen size bed. We had a baby cot, and still plenty of space in room. Pool and restaurant made hotel very family friendly. Parking was 8 GBP/day in secure gated area. Close to Heathrow, easy access off of M4.

“Postage stamp sized gym”

Hotel service and condition was generally good however we were very disappointed by the size of the gym and with the temperature of the swimming pool - very cold!

We were pleased to stay at the novotel after spending 4 nights in a tiny motel room in earls court and it was the same price. We wanted to be the airport as flighing out soon, so found it great to be able to got on the hotel hoppa bus then the underground and still enjoy London. Hotel very spacious and clean, great meals and we were surprised quiet being so close to airport

“good but can do more!”

Everthing was good including breakfast. However in my view a four star hotel needs to have bit more amenities( facilities) such as sunna, steam room etc. I would recommend someone to be present in the swimming pool area to keep an eye on things.

i stayed there for 2 days with my 2 children and had the galla time.breakfast was very fresh and greatly placed.only thing which i didnt like was having sepearte toilet as its not convnienient when you are travelling with children.its totally value for money.

“more relax way to fly off from Heathrow”

Stay in this Novotel Hotel is quite a good idea if you need to fly off early in the morning from Heathrow and the hotel itself is in a good and clean condition. The only remark need to be make is need to park the car there as early as possible.

“Good value, competant upmarket hotel”

A good value and well run airport hotel, with no surprises good or bad, and competant staff. Restaurant a little overpriced for the quality, but the hotel has an upmarket feel to it, and I think represents very good value for money. I would have no problems staying here for a couple of days, which is more than I could say for most airport hotels. In the airport area one could easily pay twice as much for half the quality. This being an airport hotel, the location is a little bit desolate, sandwiched between busy dual carriageways, there is nowhere nearby that can be walked to, but as most travellers will be going to or from the airport, this shouldn't be a problem. Road noise not a probelm at all, this hotel was very quiet and well insulated.

“Family of 4 in an Exec Room - toooooo small”

We were disappointed to have to pay to park the car. The reception, lifts etc were all fine. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of choice. We paid at reception on arrival to get the breakfast at half price. The room was made up for 2 adults and 2 children, and was described as an executive room - it was uncomfortably too small. The sofa bed was pulled out fully and with the luggage in the room we could not all stand up - there was really not enough floor space. Beds and bedding were good, bathroom was good also and included toiletries. There was a mini bar, coffee machine, ironing board - lots of facilites which were all excellent. Internet was free by cable and charged for wirless - the cable did not work initially but did eventually get resolved by reception.

“Our last night in London”

Wonderfully close to Terminal 3, Heathrow. Snooty bar tender. Excellent food in dining room. A really pleasant surprise. The staff at Reception were friendly but their accents were difficult to understand. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and good value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.
