We really liked how convenient this hotel was to the Tub station. It was a 1 minute walk and we were there. The hotel was on a less busy side of town, which we liked and it felt safe. Room was clean and water stocked in the fridge daily was a big plus! We would stay here again.

Property was good for the price. Staff was very nice and efficient. Only negative was the pool was quite cold.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and really made my stay pleasant at the hotel. The hotel itself is very close to a metro stop and very close to walk to the Thames and see many attractions. The room was large and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Modern & clean. Tv didn’t work properly but although we reported on first night it wasn’t sorted until we reported it again on 2nd night. Also we were disturbed on the Sunday morning quite early by what sounded like drilling in a room above us. It was @ 9am but as we didn’t have to check out till noon it ruined our chilled morning. Ended up checking out early as a result

Great check in process, decent sized room with comfortable bed. We did need to request more pillows. There was a glass and empty bottle that did not belong to us under the main bed. Dust down the sides of the fridge. Pool was lovely, clean and great to have towels and changing facilities on hand. Close to underground station too. Will stay there again.

Check in was a bit chaotic as no record that I had paid, so was asked to pay again..but luckily the young lady intervened and problems were resolved, other guests were offered complimentary drinks, yet even though check in took so long we were not, in the morning we had a bill pushed through our door for restaurant that we hadn’t paid for this transpired that this was for laundry for the previous guest, other than these the rooms were pleasant clean and tidy and modern

We traveled from the states to see the NFL game (Tottenham stadium) Blackfriars was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much. This was our very first time visiting England . We decided to take the tube from Heathrow and the ride was just 30-40 mins .When you exit the station the hotel is right around the corner and a small 2-3 minute walk. It is also a 5-7 min walk in the opposite direction from the railway. Also 2 stops away is Big Ben, the eye and beautiful views of the city. It is also a short walk down to the river where you there is a walkway and you can spend a wonderful day taking in London. When we walked in we were treated so well and took advantage of early check in . Front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. There was a mix up with our keys and we were upgraded for the inconvenience with a room that had a spectacular view of the Shard . The breakfast was GREAT! We loved all the food! My husband is the pickiest American eater and he loved the food. I also had a great Cappuccino at the bar when I missed breakfast one day. The pool was excellent and the Sauna was just what we needed. The room was immaculate. WE loved the bathroom concept with the frosting option We have recommended this hotel to all of our friends and family and even to people that were in town for the game that found their hotels weren't that great. We will definitely make this OUR hotel when visiting again Also they have a Nando's right across the street

There were no slippers or bathrobes supplied, which was reported to reception, 3 in the bedroom and only 2 cups supplied, however the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

Okay hotel in a good location for a business trip, but service is lacking and all three rooms myself and my colleagues rented were filled with mysterious stains (floors and furniture). Would not stay there again.

Check in was horrendous checked in at 3 room wasn’t ready until 3.45 despite it being a 3pm check in, had a booking elsewhere at 4 picked this hotel due to location and nearby for my 4pm booking and missed it due to this

Good stay
It was a good stay, nothing spectacular, we stayed here for the location as it is in the city, everything is at walking distance. Reception and service was good Rooms were clean Breakfast was good, not the best.. cross contamination as there was a piece of bacon in the hash brown serving dish, told staff but looked at me blankly..being a Muslim on a halal diet it’s not what you want to see first thing in the morning. Bathrooms both plug holes were not working properly so water would fill up The pool was freezing and not enjoyable at all.. back out the pool in less than half hour, Best thing is the location Hope this helps! Honest review
