“Good but air con made it uncomfortable”
Hotel was ok, decor is a bit outdated and shabby. Bathroom fittings were old and tired and worst of all the air con only had hot air. I complained, the guy came up but said there was nothing he could do. It was awful to sleep in. No option of another room or anything. I felt I had been conned (no pun intended) given the place wasn't cheap. Will think twice about visiting Millenium hotels in the future
“great location hotel quite impressed”
heating didnt work room quite cold towel rail didint work never warm and leaked a pool of water every time put a towel under then the maid would put the towel back on the rail hence a pool of water every time
“Fabulous central location”
We have stayed here several times and for us it's perfect. A central location, nice rooms (we got upgraded to a junior suite) not affected by bustle of surrounding areas. Thoroughly recommended for a quality hotel.

Nice stay and great city
“Great Hotel, pity about the internet access”
Enjoyed the hotel. Will likely stay agian. For business purposes, though, the lack of access to internet in my room was problematic. While they provided free access down in the business centre to make up for it, it was somewhat inconvenient. If there had been access, though, it would have been very expensive. Other than that, however, I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were very comfortable.
“Need to get the air con working !”
Location is unbeatable , staff are great, very professional, hotel clean , amenities not great..gift shop, coffee shop etc etc should be standard in a 4 star hotel.. All that is bearable if the room is good, but to be honest, the rooms are way too hot..the air con is weak ad ineffective and needs upgrading..the decor of rooms is ok but the bed mattresses are too soft , so overall , the main criteria for a stay , comfortable bed, comfortable room climate, is not met, and management should focus on that..the location is so good and the cosmetic of the building so classy that it deserves better.. I hope they get themselves organised as it could be a genuine 5 star property but currently it's a low 3 ..
“Always a Good Experience”
We've stayed here many times. Great location. Comfortable hotel. Slightly old fashioned decor but pleasant place. Service particularly good this time.
“Great location in Mayfair on Grosvenor Square”
Room a spacious and well appointed, staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. The mattress, however, is sinking like a hammock! Walking distance to New Bond St, Mount St, Berkeley Square, etc...
