“Not a bad place to spend a mighty clase to everything London”
Good modern hotel
“Can't wait to go back”
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenies by using the subway zone one. Very reasonable rate.
“very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood in easy reach of central London.
“Tidal Wave on the Thames”
Nice hotel.
“great hotel.”
Really enjoyed our stay, only drawback was the distance from central London. It meant we had to travel daily by tube and there is not a direct line so need to study tube maps to ensure you get to where you want to go.We did'nt have breakfast but we did have a meal in Frankies sports bar which was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind the distance and tube travelling i would recommend this hotel .
“Great for Chelsea FC fans”
Nice hotel right at Stamford Bridge. Not in the middle of big shopping area but near an underground station so easy to get where ever you need.
“Not the best, not the worst”
The hotel was good, not great. The staff were superb and responded quickly to problems - we had to change rooms because the TV movie system did not work in ours. The location, right on the grounds of Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC, was fantastic. The hotel was also almost right beside the Fulham Broadway tube station, with access to Picadilly or Westminster taking only about 10 minutes. Downside - uncomfortable beds!
“Would definately stay here again”
This was our first trip to London, and we had read stories about small rooms, rooms not being clean, etc. We were very happy in this hotel. The room was as large as any room in the US with queen bed, chair, desk, and closet cabinet. The bathroom was large enough for four people to stand in. The room was very clean, and towels were replaced daily, even if you left them hanging (usually a sign that you don't need them changed). The hotel is very convenient to the London Underground - approximately a 5 minute walk. My only complaint is the bathtub. The floor of the tub is a good 3 feet higher than the bathroom floor, which isn't a major problem when getting into the shower. However, it is a long drop when getting out of the shower. Wet feet on a slick tile floor is very bad news. The hotel provided one of those suction cup mats to go inside the shower to keep you from falling - we placed it on the floor outside the shower, which solved the slip and fall problem.
“Shabby and tired Millenium”
This is my 3rd stay at Millenium & it is obvious they are struggling ,because the lack of attention and upkeep is VERY apparent. My room carpet was so dirty & with ground in gum in so many areas it looked like the entire Chelsea supporters club had been in there. The tables and TV cupboard were chipped and in poor condition and a great sense of no clients and no interest. This was all coupled by when upon arrival, with noone else to attend to but me, the lone reception clerk continued her conversation with her boyfriend for five minutes before even considering checking me in. So that's it for me, spend more money and stay closer to the City to ensure a better experience.
“Hotel in Chelsea - will come back one day!”
For our purposes, this hotel was in great location. English breakfast was fantastic, lot of restaurants and shops in walk distance, very close to subway station, very friendly employes at the hotel. Will definitely go back one day.
