Pros: The room was great. Spacious, clean & comfortable. The food was very good. Service however was slow.
Cons: Service and price for the breakfast.
Location: Horrible location. Would not go out at night.
The hotel was very nice. Check-in staff not so friendly...no information given unless requested, i.e. maps and local restaurants. The food was very good once you got it. Service VERY slow. Location was horrible! Will not return. We felt uncomfortable going out at night.

Good location... Central

Posted 01-Aug-2014
Hotel is 10mins walk from Marble Arch tube station. Good location. Staff are welcoming and helpful. We booked a large room for 4people. The bathroom was a disappointment as it was very small but apart from that the rooms were clean and overall would definitely book again.

Nice hotel close to the oxford street .

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Central and close to oxford street
Cons: I felt the breakfasts were a bit expensive as ours was not included in the price
Stayed for 2 nights room very nice and hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to oxford street and Hyde park which was good given that my parents were with me and they are both in their 80,s. I would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Pros: Nice location and staff
A really lovely, helpful, polite, and professional staff but just an okay property. Bar/Restaurant was a bit understaffed and wait times were too long. Room was very clean and a nice size for an older property in London. Bathroom could use a bit of updating with the shower/tub needing the most work.

Great location for Hyde Park

Posted 08-Jul-2014
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Hyde park is about 10 minute walk, Bond Street the same and about 15 mins to Regent Street. Tube and bus route at the end of the street
Lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Brilliant location for the concert we were attending at Hyde Park, also close to tube and bus routes. Four of us shared a room and there was plenty of space.

Family sized accommodations for the larger family!

Posted 08-Jul-2014
Marriott at Marble Arch was one of the rare hotels I found in the London area that could accommodate my family of 4 without having to spill into a second room and added holiday expense. The entire staff was as professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable a staff that I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, climate controlled. The breakfast that was included in my plan was plentiful and abundant to fit anyone's morning palate. The hotel is located along a straight-forward 12 minute walk from the Marble Arch underground station, which is in a great tourist area itself. The walk is towards the northeast corner of beautiful Hyde Park and the station is conveniently amidst shopping and food. This is important if you are coming home from the City and need to bring in some snacks or drinks on your return trip to hotel. At night, the walk is well lit and very safe in a quiet residential area. We walked back between 9-11pm every night and never felt uneasy about the short stroll at all. We arrived early and was pleased that there was a room available for early check-in. We had a late flight and their concierge staff nicely stored our luggage until we came back after sightseeing en route to Heathrow. I would stay at this hotel again without question. Price, quality of rooms, food, free wifi, top service staff gave my family a holiday to remember for the last 3 nights of our weeklong London stay. Thanks!

Easy check in and check out. Hotel staff was excellent. Only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the location. We would have preferred to be closer to central London.

Those who workout in noise

Every morning we woke up very early because of the housekeeper. She was working so noisy.
