“Good choice for sight seeing”
Hotel very good for short stay city centre sight seeing. Hotel very clean & room was very good for our needs.
“My best London hotel experience”
Excellent value for money - well positioned and convenient to shops, transport and eateries. Being a fairly regular visitor to London, it is my view that this hotel by far exceeds the norms for comfort, cleanliness, service, convenience, and luxury at the rates offered. I confidently recommend its value.
“Excellent location and great service”
We wanted to stay near marble arch and this was at a very convenient location. The rooms were clean even though a bit small. Service was excellent. The hop on tours start in front of marble arch and all tickets for the tours, cruises, madam Tassauds etc can be purchased from the hotel. Very tourist friendly hotel.
“wont go back”
I wont go back!
“Lovely hotel in excellent location”
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed sheets very clean. Lobby smaller but cozy and welcoming. Concierge helpful and willing to take the time to help solve your problem (flight cancellation). Thoughtful extras (umbrellas for borrowing, cold drink dispenser in lobby). Good location. Wide range of affordable eateries, 24-hour supermarket, internet cafe, Underground station, all within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
“Good service”
Nice pool and decent rooms.
“perfect”
the next timer we travel to london...we'll stay there
“I'd go back in a heartbeat”
I would go back as soon as possible. Only regret was that we stayed only 7 nights.
“Great infrastructure but poor services.”
The breakfast was amazing and the pool, fitness and sauna were great. The outside aspect of the hotel was not very good and the welcoming was made by an incompetent person, the beds were not made for two as us.
“good hotel”
Would have been nice to have free internet, or at least at a more affordable cost.
