“Room for Improvement”

OK on the whole but not impressed by lack of kettle in the room, tv stand falling apart, light in the fridge not working, no iron, rug in lounge area was filthy, would not accept American Express card. On the plus side the apartment was warm and comfortable and convenient for the purpose of our visit to London and the staff were friendly and obliging.
