It was an excellent hotel. The staff was first rate and the room was fantastic. Its an awesome place to stay in the heart of London. walking distance to Harrods which is a 'must see' if you have never been to London.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in years. The service was fantastic, the location adequate (London's a huge city), and the rooms were kept immaculate. I was so impressed by the Mandarin that I will look for it in other cities.

We chose the hotel as I have stayed at other Madarin locations and always been thourouly impressed with the properties. This location is abit outdated and although the location is fantastic, it needs an update! Service and hotel service is impeccable as always for a Mandarin Hotel. Not sure if I would stay there again as other hotels at Hyde Park offer newer properties for much less than we paid to stay here.

Mandarin Hyde Park is a fantasic hotel in an unbelievable location. Walking distance to fine restaurants, views and access to Hyde Park, and shopping in abundance help to enhance the overall experience. Their service is unparalleled; discrete staff yet ever present. There is a business center with free internet, printers, all you could need. Dont tote your computer if you dont have to.

“Still nice but could use some work”

I love the Mandarin; the service is great. However, the accoutrements need work. the air conditioning doesn't function well and the B&O TVs never seem to work.
